    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor fundamental rasio keuangan terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan sektor Property dan Real Estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2013 - 2017. Variabel – variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Earning Per Share (EPS), Price Earning Ratio (PER), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return on Equity (ROE), Current Ratio (CR) dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder. Data yang diperoleh dari laporan tahunan perusahaan. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 17 perusahaan yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dari jumlah populasi sebanyak 48 perusahaan Properti dan Real Estate yang terdaftar di BEI. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Earning Per Share, Price Earning Ratio, Net Profit Margin dan Return on Equity berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham. Sedangkan Current Ratio dan Debt to Equity Ratio secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham. Secara simultan variabel Earning Per Share, Price Earning Ratio, Net Profit Margin, Return on Equity, Current Ratio dan Debt to Equity Ratio berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham. EPS, PER, NPM, ROE, CR dan DER dapat menjelaskan variabel harga saham pada perusahaan Properti dan Real Estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2013-2017 sebesar 54%. Sedangkan sisanya sebanyak 46% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian.

    Abstraction

    This research had purpose to determine the effect some of the fundamental factors of financial ratios on stock prices of Property and Real Estate companies listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange periode 2013-2017. Variables that examined in this study were the Earning Per Share (EPS), Price Earning Ratio (PER), Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return on Equity (ROE), Current Ratio (CR) dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). The data used in this research is secondary data, namely data obtained from the company’s annual report. The research sample was 17 companies obtained by using purposive sampling technique and a population of 48 Property and Real Estate companies listed on IDX. The data analysis technique used was multiple regression analysis. The result indicates that partially Earning Per Share, Price Earning Ratio, Net Profit Margin dan Return on Equity had a significant effect on stock prices. While Current Ratio dan Debt to Equity Ratio partially did not have a significant effect on stock prices. Simultaneously Earning Per Share, Price Earning Ratio, Net Profit Margin, Return on Equity, Current Ratio dan Debt to Equity Ratio have a significant effect on stock prices. The variables are capable of accounting for the variable of the stock price of Property and Real Estate companies listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange periode 2013-2017 as much as 54%. While the remaining 46% influenced by other factors that were not examined in the research.
