    Devi Ayu Wahyuni, 2019“ Pengaruh Growth Sales, Firm Size, Businesss Risk, Asset Tangibility dan Net Profit Margin Terhadap Struktur Modal Pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Sektor Barang Konsumsi Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) Periode 2013-2017”. Di bawah bimbingan Bapak Dr. Chairul Anam, Drs. Ec., M. Kes dan Ibu Dr. Ir. Nurita Andriani, M.M. Jurusan Manajemen, Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis, Universitas Trunojoyo Madura. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Growth Sales, Firm Size, Businesss Risk, Asset Tangibility dan Net Profit Margin Terhadap Struktur Modal Pada Perusahaan Manufaktur Sektor Barang Konsumsi Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI), baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Banyaknya sampel yang sesuai adalah 10 perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dengan sumber data yang didapatkan dari laporan keuangan perusahaan di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2013-2017, teknik pengambilan sampelnya berdasarkan metode purposive sampling dan analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi linear berganda dengan uji hipotesis meliputi uji t dan uji F. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan kelima variabel yaitu Growth Sales, Firm Size, Business Risk, Asset Tangibility dan Net Profit Margin berpengaruh signifikan terhadap struktur modal. Sedangkan secara parsial variabel Businesss Risk, Asset Tangibility dan Net Profit Margin berpengaruh signifikan terhadap struktur modal namun variabel Growth Sales dan Firm Size tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap struktur modal. Besarnya koefisien Determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,736 atau 73,6%. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel dependen dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel independen dan sisanya 26,4% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini. Kata kunci : Struktur Modal, Growth Sales, Firm Size, Business Risk, Asset Tangibility dan Net Profit Margin.

Ec., M. Kes and Mrs Dr. Ir. Nurita Andriani, M.M. as advisors. Management Program, Economic and Business Faculty, State University of Trunojoyo Madura. This is aims to investigate The Effect of Growth Sales, Firm Size, Business Risk, Asset Tangibility and Net Profit Margin of Capital Structure in Consumer Sector Companies Listeed in Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX), either partially or simultaneously. The number of samples depends on the criteria are 10 companies. This study uses a quantitative approach. This study uses secondary data with data sources devided from corporate financial statements in Indonesian Stock Exchange period 2013-2017, sample technique using purposive sampling and data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis with hypothesis test, including t test, and F test. From result of research show that is Growth Sales, Firm Size, Business Risk, Asset Tangibility and Net Profit Margin simultan have significant effect to capital structure. While the partial variables Business Risk, Asset Tangibility and Net Profit Margin that significantly effect the capital structure but variables Growth Sales and Firm Size have no significantly effect the caital structure. The main of determination (R2) of 0,736 or 73,6% these results show that the dependent variable can be explained by the independent variables and the remaining 26,4% is explained by the other variables not include in this study.
