Penelitian ini berjudul Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja, Pengalaman Kerja, dan Kesetaraan Gender terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Lembaga Keuangan Syariah bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya pengaruh disiplin kerja, pengalaman kerja dan kesetaraan gender terhadap kinerja pegawai, baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan terhadap seluruh pegawai di Bank BRI Syariah Kantor Cabang Bangkalan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yakni penelitian kuantitatif dengan mendapatkan data primer melalui angket atau kuisioner yang ditujukan kepada seluruh pegawai Bank BRI Syariah cabang Bangkalan. Pemilihan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling acak serta analisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini diketahui: 1) Disiplin kerja, pengalaman kerja dan kesetaraan gender mempengaruhi positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai bank BRI Syariah kantor cabang Bangkalan secara simultan. 2) Disiplin kerja secara parsial mampu berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja pegawai. Pengalaman kerja berpengaruh tidak signifikan dan bernilai positif terhadap kinerja pegawai. Sedangkan kesetaraan gender berpengaruh tidak signifikan dan bernilai negatif terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kata Kunci : Disiplin, Pengalaman, Gender.
AbstractionThis study focuses on the influences of work discipline, work experience, and gender equality on employee performance of sharia financial institution. This study aims to explain how big influences of work discipline, work experience and gender equality on employee performance in partially and simultaneously to all of employees at Bank BRI Syariah Bangkalan branch office. The method was used in this research is quantitative method. The data obtained by getting primary data through poll or questionnaire that purposed to all of employees at Bank BRI Syariah Bangkalan branch office. The sample was selected using random sampling and the analysis using multiple linier regression. The result of this research showed: 1) Work discipline, work experience and gender equality give positive and significant influence on employee performance at Bank BRI Syariah Bangkalan branch office simultaneously. 2) work discipline partially gives significant and positive influences on employee performance. Work experience gives insignificant and positive influence on employee performance. While gender equality gives insignificant and negative influence on employee performance.
