Penelitian dengan judul “Tinjauan Ekonomi Islam Terhadap Praktek Jual Beli Besi Tua (Studi Kasus Desa Tanjung Jati Kecamatan Kamal Kabupaten Bangkalan)” dilatar belakangi potensi usaha yang besar dalam ruang lingkupnya. Menarik untuk diteliti tentang keberadaan usaha ini bagaimana dalam proses jual belinya yang mampu begitu lancar dan membuat usaha ini bisa bertahan lama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana proses jual beli besi tua di Desa Tanjung Jati serta bagaimana tinjauan ekonomi Islam terhadap praktek jual beli besi tua di Desa Tanjung Jati. Metode pendekatan penelitian diskriptif kualitatif. Sumber data menggunakan data primer dan sekunder yang diperoleh melalui metode wawancara semiterstruktur, observasi non-partisipan dan dokumentasi. Dan menggunakan metode analisis data yaitu data reduction, data display, dan conclusion drawing/verification. Hasil penelitian bahwa bagaimana proses jual beli besi tua, pertama bos melakukan transaksi jual beli kapal dengan perusahaan, kedua bos melakukan kerjasama dengan pemborong, ketiga bos melakukan transaksi jual beli bongkahan besi dengan pabrik. Bagaimana tinjauan ekonomi Islam terhadap praktek jual beli besi tua, dalam hal ini menganalisis menggunakan rukun dan syarat-syarat jual beli dalam ekonomi Islam. Bahwasanya dalam praktek jual beli besi tua di Desa Tanjung Jati Kecamatan Kamal sudah memenuhi rukun dan syarat-syarat jual beli dalam ekonomi Islam secara baik. The research entitled “Islamic Economic Review of The Practice of Buying and Selling Scrap Metal (Case Study Tanjung Jati Village, Kamal District, Bangkalan District)” against the background of a large business potential in its scope. Interesting to investigate about the existence of this business how in the process of buying and selling who are capable of being so fluent and making this effort last long. This research aims to determine how the process of buying and selling scrap metal in the Tanjung Jati Village and how the Islamic economic review of the practice of buying and selling scrap metal in the Tanjung Jati Village. Research approach method descriptive qualitative. Data sources use primary and secondary data obtained through the method semi-structured interviews, non-participant observation and documentation. And use method data analysis that is data reduction, display data, and conclusion drawing/verification. The results of the research that how the process of buying and selling scrap metal, the first boss to make a sale and purchase ship with the company, the second bosses cooperate with the contractor, the third boss made a sale and purchase of steel chunks with the factory. How Islamic economic review of the practice of buying and selling scrap metal, in this case analyzed using harmonious and the conditions of buying and selling in Islamic economics. That in the practice of buying and selling scrap metal in the Village Tanjung Jati District Kamal already meet the pillars and terms of buying and selling in Islamic economics as well.
