Dalam penelitian ini permasalahan yang muncul ketika di sekolah adalah kurang optimalnya kerjasama anak jalanan dengan teman sebaya. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui perilaku kerjasama pada anak jalanan yang bersekolah, serta mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kerjasama anak di sekolah. Subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu anak usia 4-5 tahun yang delapan sampai enam belas jam menghabiskan waktunya di jalanan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah dengan reduksi data, dan melakukan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil analisis data kerjasama pada anak jalanan usia 4-5 tahun di RA IM menunjukkan bahwa kerjasama anak jalanan tidak berkembang secara optimal. Anak hanya mampu bekerjasama dengan sesama anak jalanan yang satu kelas dengan dirinya. Hal tersebut di pengaruhi oleh faktor lingkungan, komunikasi, ukuran kelomok dan juga hubungan timbal balik. Kempat faktor tersebut sangat mempengaruhi kerjasama anak jalanan ketika di sekolah. Kata kunci : Kerjasama, Anak jalanan usia 4-5 tahun.

In this study a problem arise when the teamwork of street children with peer group is not optimum at school. The aim of this study was to investigate the behavior of street children in terms of teamwork at school. On the other hand, this study is conducted to know the factors that influence the behaviour of street children in terms of teamwork at school. Subjects of this study are children aged 4-5 years in which children spend their freetime on the streat for about eight to sixthteen hours. This study used descriptive qualitative. The data collection of this study are observation, interview and documentary. Method of data analysis in this study used data reduction and conclusion. The research findings of street children aged 4-5 years in RA IM show that the behavior of street children in teamwork cannot develop in optimum. The children are only able to work together with peer group from the same class and occupation. Those are resulted from four factors, for instance: environmental, communication, social group and feedback. Based on four factors above, it can be concluded that four factors have influence on teamwork of street children at school. Keywords: Teamwork, Street children aged 4-5 years
