    Abstraksi

    Pembelajaran pada anak usia dini dilakukan melalui kegiatan belajar sambil bermain. Berdasarkan hasil observasi di PAUD Anggrek Kamal Bangkalan diketahui bahwa guru memiliki kebiasaan membirikan reward kepada peserta didik, reward tersebut berupa stiker karakter dengan berbagai macam gambar. Dengan pemberian reward tersebut diharapkan mampu mengembangkan kedisiplinan anak yaitu sikat patuh dan taat aturan dalam pembelajaran maupun diluar pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pemberian reward berupa stiker karakter dengan disiplin anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik penelitian korelasional. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan Korelasi Pearson Product Moment. Subjek penelitian ini merupakan siswa kelompok A sebanyak 17 siswa. Hasil analisis data diperoleh nilai korelasi 6,25% dan kontibusi hubungan pemberian reward berupa stiker karakter 93,75%. Analisi data tersebut menunjukan hubungan rendah antara permberian reward berupa stiker karakter dengan disiplin anak. Hubungan rendah tersebut disebabkan karena guru telah menumbuhkan kedisiplinan anak melalui pembiasaan dalam pembelajaran Kata kunci: Pemberian reward, Kedisiplinan, Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini

    Abstraction

    Learning in early childhood can be applied through learning activities while playing. Based on observations in early childhood Anggrek Kamal Bangkalan known that teachers have a habit of giving rewards to learners, the reward is a character sticker with variation images. With that reward hopely can increase childs discipline and obedient rules in learning . The purpose of this study to determine the relationship between reward technique in the form of character stickers with child discipline .this research using a quantitative approach with correlational research techniques.the data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation.Analisis data using Pearson Product Moment Correlation. The subject of this study is a group A of 17 students. Data analysis results obtained 6.25% correlation value and contribution of reward relationship in the form of sticker character 93.75%. the analyze from data show the relationship between giving reward stickers and child discipline . That low relationship occur because the teacher have been increase children's discipline through habituation in learning.
