Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui penerapan STEM Project-Based Learning terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri 3 Sampang pada bulan Juli 2018/2019 pada kelas VIII. Sampel yang diteliti terdiri dari 1 kelas yaitu kelas VIII E. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah Pre-Experimental Design dengan teknik penelitian yaitu One Group Pretest-Posttest. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Hasil tes yang diperoleh menggunakan uji t sampel berpasangan (paired sample test). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: Terdapat perbedaan setelah penerapan STEM Project-Based Learning terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa. Hal ini dibuktikan dari nilai uji t berpasangan diperoleh -t ? t (-22,859 ? 2,039 ? 22,859). Kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa meningkat setelah penerapan STEM Project-Based Learning diperoleh persentase rata-rata pada pretest sebesar 25,93% dan pada posttest sebesar 71%. Keterlaksanaan pembelajaran dengan penerapan STEM Project-Based Learning terhadap kemampuan berpikir kreatif siswa diperoleh persentase sebesar 91% dengan kategori sangat baik. Respon siswa terhadap penerapan STEM Project-Based Learning dikatakan baik, hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil persentase angket respon siswa sebesar 66% dengan kriteria positif. hitung Kata Kunci : Berpikir Kreatif, Project-Based Learning, STEM
AbstractionThe research is to know STEM Project-Based Learning application toward creative thinking skill of students in science learning. This study was conducted at SMPN 3 Sampang in July 2018/2019 on VIII grade students. The sample was divided into 1 class, that is class VIII E. The research method design used a PreExperimental Design with the research technique of One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The test result were measured by using paired t test (paired sample test). Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded:There is difference after STEM Project-Based Learning application toward the students creative thinking skill in science learning. This is evidenced from the value paired sample test obtained -t ? t tabel ? t (-22,859 ? 2,039 ? 22,859). The students creative thinking skill increases after treatment STEM Project-Based Learning obtained the average percentase at the pretest of 25,93% and the posttest of 71%. The learning implementation STEM Project-Based Learning application toward the students creative thinking skill was obtained as at the percentage of 91% on the best category. The students response STEM Project-Based Learning application was better, this was proven by the response percentage of 66% on piositive criteria.
