Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Round table terhadap social skill siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan preexperimental design dengan desain penelitian one group pretest-posttest design. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMPN 1 Kamal dengan populasi seluruh siswa kelas VIII dan sampel kelas VIII B, pada semester ganjil, tahun ajaran 2018/2019, pada pokok bahasan sistem pencernaan manusia. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji Mann Whitney. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh model pembelajaran Round table terhadap social skill siswa. Hasil yang diperoleh nilai signifikansi 0,001 ? 0,050, sedangkan Z hitung sebesar -4,838, lebih kecil dari Z tabel(?/2) sebesar 1,960 sehingga H 0 vii ditolak dan H 1 diterima. Sedangkan untuk lembar angket Teacher Observation menunjukkan nilai signifikansi 0,021 < 0,050 dan nilai Z hitung ditolak dan H 1 sebesar -2,299, lebih kecil dari Z tabel(?/2) sebesar 1,960 sehingga H 0 diterima yang berarti bahwa ada pengaruh setelah penerapan model pembelajaran Round table terhadap social skill siswa. Respon siswa memiliki persentase 84% dengan kriteria sangat baik. Keterlaksanaan pembelajaran model pembelajaran Round table terhadap social skill siswa memiliki persentase sebesar 100% dengan kriteria sangat baik. This study aims to determine the effect of Round Table learning model toward Social Skill of students. The study used a pre-experimental design with one group pretest-posttest design. This research was carried out at Kamal 1 Junior High School with students from all grades VIII and sample VIIIB, in the odd semester, 2018/2019 school year, on the subject of the human digestive system. Sampling technique using purposive sampling.Data analysis techniques using Mann Whitney. Based on the results of research can be concluded that there is influence of Round Table learning model toward Social Skill of students. The results of obtained were 0,001 < 0,050 and the Z count value was -4,838, smaller than Z table (?/2) of 1,960, so that H 0 rejected and H 1 accepted. While on the Teacher observation questionnaire shows significance value 0,021 < 0,050 and the Z count value was -2,299, smaller than Z table(?/2) viii 0f 1,960, that H 0 rejected and H 1 accepted, which means that there is influence of Round Table learning model toward Social Skill of students. Student response has a percentage of 84% with very good criteria. The implementation of learning by using a round table learning model toward Social skill of students has a percentage of 100% whit very good criteria.
