Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan lembar kerja siswa (LKS) IPA terpadu tipe threaded berbasis guded inquiry, keterbacaan, keterlaksanaan, respon dan keterampilan proses sains siswa. Penelitian mengacu pada model penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D). Model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah ADDIE dengan lima tahap yaitu Analysis, Design, Develop, Implementation dan Evaluation. Produk diujicobakan pada siswa kelas VIII E SMP Negeri 2 Perak Jombang tahun pelajaran 2017/2018. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) hasil rata-rata penilaian uji kelayakan pada aspek media sebesar 95,86% dengan kriteria sangat valid dan pada aspek materi sebesar 90,16% dengan kriteria sangat valid, (2) hasil rata-rata penilaian keterbacaan sebesar 91,88% dengan kriteria sangat baik, (3) hasil penilaian keterlaksanaan sebesar 93,30% dengan kriteria sangat baik, (4) hasil penilaian respon sebesar 81,01% dengan kriteria sangat menarik, (5) hasil daya serap keterampilan proses sains siswa sebesar 74,78% dengan kriteria baik.
AbstractionThe aims of the research were to know the feasibility of integrated science student worksheet of threaded type based on guided inquiry, readability, implementation, response and students' science process skills. This research refers to the model of research and development (R&D). The development model used is ADDIE with five stages that are Analysis, Design, Develop, Implementation and Evaluation. The product tested to students at 8th E of SMP Negeri 2 Perak Jombang in 2017/2018 academic year. Based on results of the research, it can be concluded that: (1) the average result of feasibility assessment on media aspect is 95,86% with very good category and concept aspect is 90,16% with very good category, (2) the average result of the readability assessment is 91,88% with very good category, (3) the result of the implementation assessment is 93,30% with very good category, (4) the result of the response assessment is 81,01% with very interesting category, (5) the result of the power absorbing students’ science process skills is 74,78% with good category.
