  • PENERAPAN MODEL CREATIVE PROBLEM SOLVING DENGAN MEDIA PUZZLE UNTUK MELATIH KETERAMPILAN BERPIKIR KREATIF SISWA

    Abstraksi

    Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh, keterlaksanaan pembelajaran, keterampilan berpikir kreatif, dan respon siswa terhadap penerapan model Creative Problem Solving dengan media puzzle . Populasi penelitian ini adalah kelas VIII SMP Islam Darul muta’allimin Batobella Geger dengan sampel kelas VIII A. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan yaitu tes keterampilan berpikir kreatif, angket respon siswa dan lembar observasi dengan menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji t berpasangan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh hasil : (1) Model Creative Problem Solving memiliki pengaruh dalam melatih keterampilan berpikir kreatif siswa dibuktikan dengan signifikansi yang diperoleh yaitu 0,000 < 0,05 dengan thitung -5,610 dan ttabel 2,101, (2) Rata rata keterlaksanaan pembelajaran model CPS sebesar 95 % dengan kategori sangat baik, (3) Keterampilan berpikir kreatif siswa setelah penerapan model Creative Problem Solving diperoleh rata-rata pretest 22,44 sedangkan pada posttest 42, (4) Nilai rata – rata respon siswa terhadap model CPS adalah 62,67 % dengan kriteria baik. Kata kunci : CPS, keterampilan berpikir kreatif, media puzzle, pembelajaran IPA.

    Abstraction

    The purpose of this research is to know the influence, learning activity, creative thinking skills, and students response of Creative Problem Solving (CPS) model with puzzles media. The population of this research is VIII class in Islamic Middle School of Darul muta'allimin Batobella Geger with a sample of VIII A class. The instrument research used test of creative thinking skills, observation sheets and questionnaires of students response using purposive sampling technique. The analysis technique data used paired t test. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that: (1) Creative Problem Solving model has an influence in train of students creative thinking skills which evidenced by significance test 0,000 < 0,05 with tcount -5,610 and ttable -2,101, (2) The average learning activity of the CPS model in VIII A class of Islamic Middle School Darul muta'allimin Batobella Geger is 95% in very good category, (3) The average of creative thinking skills of students after application of Creative Problem Solving Learning are 22.44 on pretest and 42 for posttest, (4) The average value of students responses with the CPS model is 62.67% in good category
