    Abstraksi

    ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh self directed, respon siswa, keterlaksanaan pembelajaran menggunakan metode socratic seminar (seminar socrates) berbantuan video terhadap self directed siswa. Penelitian menggunakan metode quasi eksperimen dengan nonequivalent control group design, dan dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri 1 Maron dengan populasi semua kelas VII dan sampel yang diteliti yaitu kelas VIIA sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas VIIB sebagai kelas kontrol. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji t sampel bebas. (1) Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa, penerapan metode socratic seminar (seminar socrates) berbantuan video mempengaruhi self directed siswa yang dapat dibuktikan dari hasil uji t-test diperoleh –thitung < ttabel < thitung (-2.509 < 1.997 < 2.509). (2) Self directed siswa kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi dari kelas kontrol, rata-rata posttest kelas eksperimen sebesar 77.65% dan kelas kontrol sebesar 61.3%. (3) Respon siswa saat pembelajaran dengan metode socratic seminar (seminar socrates) berbantuan video dengan persentase 92.18% dengan kriteria sangat menarik (4) Keterlaksanaan pembelajaran sebesar 96, 825% dengan kriteria sangat baik.     Abstraction

    ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the influence of self-directed, student responses, learning effectiveness using socratic seminar method (socrates seminar) assisted video on self directed students. The research used quasi experimental method with nonequivalent control group design, and implemented in SMP Negeri 1 Maron with population of all class VII and samples studied that class VIIA as experiment class and class VIIB as control class. The data analysis technique used free sample t test. (1) Based on the result of the research, it can be concluded that the application of socratic seminar method (seminar socrates) with video aid affects self directed students which can be proven from the result of t-test test obtained -thitung < ttabel < thitung (-2.509 < 1.997 < 2.509). (2) The students' self directed experimental class is higher than the control class, the average posttest of the experimental class is 77.65% and the control class is 61.3%. (3) Student response when learning by socratic seminar method (semitrations semesters) video assisted with percentage 92.18% with very interesting criteria (4) The implementation of learning is 96, 825% with very good criteria.
