Praktik kerja industri atau prakerin adalah praktik kerja di industri atau perusahaan sebagai bagian kurikulum pendidikan kejuruan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi. SMK Al Hikam merupakan salah satu sekolah menengah kejuruan di Bangkalan yang melaksanakan prakerin. Pelaksanaan prakerin terbagi menjadi 3 proses, yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan penilaian. Di SMK Al Hikam, ketiga proses tersebut masih dilakukan secara manual. Salah satu penawaran untuk membantu pengelolaan prakerin di SMK Al Hikam adalah dengan melakukan sebuah penelitian. Penelitian dengan tujuan mengembangkan sebuah sistem informasi untuk mengelola kegiatan praktik kerja industri. Sistem ini dikembangkan dengan model waterfall, terdiri dari Requirements Analysis and definition, system and software design, implementation, dan system testing. Pada tahap system testing atau pengujian, sistem diuji dengan standar kualitas ISO 9126. Hasil pengujian sistem mendapatkan nilai baik pada aspek functionality, aspek realibility mendapatkan nilai sebesar 0,982 atau setara dengan berhasil, aspek usability mendapatkan nilai 0,980 atau setara dengan excellent, dan aspek efficiency mendapatkan nilai akhir 88,11% atau setara dengan Grade B. Industrial work practices or apprenticeship are work practices in industry or companies as part of vocational education curriculum to improve competence. Al Hikam Vocational School is one of the vocational high schools in Bangkalan which implements apprenticeship. Implementation of apprenticeship is consists of 3 processes, i.e. preparation, implementation, and assessment. At Al Hikam Vocational School, the three processes are still use manually method. One of the offers to help manage the apprenticeship at Al Hikam Vocational School is by do research. Research with the aim of developing information systems to manage industrial work practices. This system use waterfall model in developing. This model has 4 step, i.e. analysis and definition requirements, system and software design, implementation, and system testing. In the system testing or testing phase, the system is tested with ISO 9126 quality standards. The system test results get good value on the functionality aspect, the realibility aspect gets a value of 0.982 or is equivalent succesfull, usability aspects get 0.980 or excellent, and the efficiency aspect gets the final value of 88.11% or equivalent to Grade B.
