Abstrak: Model Picture and Picture merupakan model pembelajaran yang menggunakan gambar-gambar yang berurutan hingga menjadi sebuah gambar yang bermakna. Penggunaan model pembelajaran Picture and Picture pada materi cerita fabel dapat membantu siswa dalam menyusun sebuah cerita. Melalui model pembelajaran Picture and Picture, siswa dapat mengurutkan gambar-gambar yang acak menjadi padu. Pengurutan gambar dilakukan untuk mengembangkan sebuah gambar menjadi alur cerita yang kompleks. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan model Picture and Picture pada materi cerita fabel, serta hasil penulisan cerita fabel dengan menggunakan model Picture and Picture. Pada penelitian ini, model Picture and Picture diterapkan pada siswa kelas VII-G SMP Negeri 4 Bangkalan. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui kegiatan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru dan siswa telah berkolaborasi dengan baik. Guru telah memberikan arahan kepada siswa, dan siswa mampu menerapkan model Picture and Picture dengan baik. Siswa memerhatikan struktur fabel, penyusunan kalimat, serta mengaitkan antara gambar dengan kalimat yang disusun. Kata kunci: analisis, cerita fabel, model, Picture and Picture

Abstract: The Picture and Picture Model is a learning model that uses sequential pictures to become a meaningful picture. The use of Picture and Picture learning model on fable story material can help students in compiling a story. Through the Picture and Picture learning model, students can sort random pictures into coherent ones. Sorting pictures is done to develop a picture into a complex storyline. This study aims to determine the application of the Picture and Picture model on fable story material, as well as the results of writing fable stories using the Picture and Picture model. In this study, the Picture and Picture model is applied to students of class VII-G of SMP Negeri 4 Bangkalan. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research design by collecting data through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that teacher and students collaborated well. The teacher has given direction to students, and students are able to apply the Picture and Picture model well. Students are paying attention to the structure of the fable and the organization of sentences, as well as linking the pictures with arranged sentences.
