    Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh minat menulis puisi siswa SMA kelas X yang masih rendah. Perlu adanya kegiatan pembelajaran dengan diterapkan media, model, dan metode yang menarik minat siswa. Media Puzzle model Education Game metode inkuiri dipilih karena dapat memacu motivasi belajar siswa sehingga dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar menulis puisi siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aktivitas guru dan siswa serta efektivitas efektivitas media Puzzle dalam model Education Game dengan metode Inkuiri terhadap hasil belajar Bahasa Indonesia materi menulis puisi siswa kelas X SMA Darul Ulum Medali Sugio Lamongan. Digunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, berjenis eksperimen, metode True Eksperimen Desig, dan desain penelitian preetest-posttest control group design. Populasi penelitian ini seluruh siswa kelas X SMA Darul Ulum Medali Sugio Lamongan berjumlah 104 siswa dengan digunakan Simple Random Sampling sebagai metode pemilihan sampel. Instrumen utama penelitian ini menggunakan tes kemampuan menulis puisi siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas siswa kelas eksperimen diperoleh nilai yang lebih tinggi dibanding kelas kontrol. Kelas eksperimen berkategori sangat baik, sedangkan kelas kontrol berkategori sedang. Aktivitas guru pada kelas eksperimen juga mendapakan nilai yang lebih tinggi dibanding kelas kontrol. Hasil analisis efektivitas menunjukkan bahwa uji-t diperoleh nilai t hitung sebesar 2,101 > t tabel 2,080 pada taraf signifikan a=0,05 yang artinya pembelajaran menggunakan media Puzzle model Education Game dengan metode inkuiri efektif pada hasil belajar siswa materi menulis puisi. Uji Gain menunjukkan kelas eksperimen mengalami peningkatan 0,57 (sedang) sedangkan kelas kontrol mengalami penurunan 0,19 (menurun).     Abstraction

    Abstract: This research is back grounded by the interest poetry in senior high school grade X which is still in low. It needs the existence of learning activity with the applying of media, model, and interesting method toward students. Model media puzzle of education game is inquiry method chosen because can encourage the learning result of student poetry. This research aims to know the teacher and student activity at once the effectiveness of puzzle media in educational game model with inquiry method toward the result of learning Indonesia course written poetry of student in X Darul Ulum Medai Sugio senior high school in Lamongan. It used quatitative approach which kinds of experiment, true experiment design method, and pretest-posttest control group research design. The population of this research is all of students in X Darul Ulum Medali Sugio Senior High School in Lamongan who is the amount are 104 students used random simple sampling as the chosen method sample. The prominent instrument of this research used test of ability in writing poetry of student. The result of this research shows that the activity of student experiment class acquired higher score than control class. Experiment class category is quite good. Meanwhile, control class in medium category. The teacher activities in experiment class also got higher score than control class. The result of effectiveness shows that t-test acquired score tcount as big as 2,101 >t tabel 2,080 in significant degree a=0,05 which meant the learning used Puzzle Education Game media with inquiry method was effective toward the result of student learning in writing poetry course. Gain test showed that experiment class increased 0,57 (medium) meanwhile, control class decreased -0,19 (decreased).
