    Abstraksi

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan pelaksanaan pendidikan kterampilan hidup (life skill dan soft skill) di SD Alami driyorejo gresik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif. Objek penelitian ini adalah seluruh warga sekolah SD Alami Driyorejo Gresik. Teknik pengambilan sampelnya menggunakan snowball sampling. Implementasi kegiatan Natural learning di SD Alami Driyorejo Gresik ada 3 kegiatan, kegiatan rutin antara lain : outdoorclass,real study, study on the street. Kegiatan insidentil antara lain : Belajar fenoena alam, Alami c-day, Alami E-day. Kegiatan pengkondisian : MBS (Motivation before study), proyek wirausaha.Implementasi kegiatan culture di SD Alami Driyorejo Gresik ada 3 kegiatan. Kegiatan rutin antara lain : giat lingkungan, jumat bersih. Kegiatan insidentil : Recycle costum carnival. Kegiatan pengkondisian : Rubish placement, bento everyday. Implementasi kegiatanSosireligius and personal Skills di SD Alami Driyorejo Gresik ada 3 kegiatan. Kegiatan rutin antara lain : dhuha morning, muraja’ah qur’an, hypnotherapi. Kegiatan insidentil : pesantren Ramadhan, home visit for students, kegiatan pengkondisian : T-LOP (Todays leader of praying), hello students.Implementasi pendidikan keterampilan hidup dan lunak (life skill dan soft skills)melalui program Natural Learning, Natural Culture, dan Sosio-religius and personal Skillskecakapan mengenal diri,kecakapan sosial, kecakapan berpikir, kecakapan akademik dan kecakapan kejuruanacelerate learning tehniques, comunication skills, Goal setting and life purpose, Public speaking skills, Time managemant, Creative thiking process, Negotiation skills, Caharacter trasforming, change management, Relationship building, Transforming beliefs, Stress management, Motivation skills, Leadership skill, kecakapan berkomunikasi Kata Kunci : Implementasi, pndidikan kecakapan hidup, life skill, softt skill.

    Abstraction

    The purpose of this research is to describe the implementation of life skill education (life skill and soft skill) in SD Alami driyorejo gresik. The researchmethod used in this research is qualitative descriptive. The object of this research is all member of elementary school of SD Alami Driyorejo Gresik. Using snowball sampling technique. Implementation of Natural learning activities in SD Alami Driyorejo Gresik there are 3 activities, routine activitiesare: outdoorclass, real study, study on the street. Incidental activities include:Learning natural phenomenon, Natural c-day, Natural E-day. Conditioningactivities: MBS (Motivation before study), entrepreneurial project. Implementation of culture activities in SD Alami Driyorejo Gresik there are 3 activities. Routine activities include: energetic environment, Friday clean. Incidental activities: Recycle costum carnival. Conditioning activities: Rubishplacement, bento everyday. Implementation of Sosi-religious and personal Skillsactivities at SD Alami Driyorejo Gresik have 3 activities. Routine activitiesinclude: dhuha morning, muraja'ah qur'an, hypnotherapi. Incidental activities:Ramadan pesantren, home visit for students, conditioning activities: T-LOP (Todays leader of praying), hello students. Implementation of life skills and soft skills through Natural Learning, Natural Culture, and Socio-religious andpersonal skills.
