    Abstraksi

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kompetensi pedagogik guru dalam pengelolaan proses pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh guru kelas 1 sampai 5 di UPTD SDN Pademawu Barat IV. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif sehingga jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian naturalistic. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru kelas 1 sampai kelas 5. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Hasil penelitian ini ditemukan 1 guru kelas yang belum PNS, guru kelas sudah berusaha memahami karakteristik peserta didiknya, guru belum sepenuhnya mampu dalam mengembangkan kurikulum yang diterapkan, guru merancang pembelajaran berdasarkan kebutuhan siswa dan kompetensi yang ditetapkan Pelaksanaan pembelajaran sudah baik namun pusat pembelajaran pada kelas 2 dan 3 berpusat pada guru dan didominasi dengan metode ceramah, pemanfaatan teknologi didalam pembelajaran dirasa kurang karena hanya guru kelas 4 dan 5 yang menggunakannya namun tidak sering, waktu evaluasi berupa ulangan harian ditentukan guru kelas dan sudah terdapat rubrik penilaian didalam RPP, guru kelas belum dapat mengembangkan potensi yang dimiliki siswa. Kompetensi pedagogik yang dimiliki guru masih mengalami beberapa kekurangan, seperti pemanfaatan teknologi didalam pembelajaran dan pengembangan potensi yang dimiliki siswa sehingga kompetensi pedagogik guru masih kurang dalam aspek pemanfaatan teknologi dan pengembangan kompetesi siswa.

    Abstraction

    This research is designed to know pedagogic competence on learning process that is done by the teachers of Pademawu Barat IV elementary school from the first grade upto the fifth grade class. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methode so that type of research used is naturalistic research. The subject in this research is the teachers from the first grade untill the fifth grade. The collecting data of this research is using technique of observation, interview, and documentation. The validity of data uses source and technique triangulation. The result of this research, it was found that one teacher had not been a civil servant (PNS), this teacher is always trying to understand the students characteristics in order to make them easier to study, the teacher get the difficulty to develop the curriculum, so the teacher make her own teaching learning methods that suitable with her students, The teacher designs them learning based on student needs and specified competencies, and in the process of designing learning. The implementation of learning is good but the learning center in second grade and third grade is still teacher centered and dominated by the lecture method, the using of technology in this school is low an rare, only the fourth and fifth grade teacher uses it, but it is not everyday, evaluation time in the form of daily test is determined by the class teachers, and in lesson plan (RPP) there is already an assessment rubric, the class teacher has not been able to develop the potential of students, The pedagogic competencies possessed by the teacher still have some disadvantages, such as the use of technology in learning and developing the potential of students, teachers have not used technology and there are no extracurricular activities to develop students potential.
