    Abstraksi

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Kesulitan Guru dalam Menerapkan Pendekatan Saintifik dan Penilaian Autentik pada Kurikulum 2013 di Kelas Rendah , untuk mengetahui Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Kesulitan Guru dalam Menerapkan Pendekatan Saintifik dan Penilaian Autentik pada Kurikulum 2013 di Kelas Rendah. Teknik analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data model Miles dan Huberman. Uji keabsahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan triangulasi teknik dan sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penerapan pendekatan saintifik dan penilaian autentik dikelas rendah UPTD SDN Pekadan II mengalami kesulitan yaitu yang guru masih kesulitan dalam mengubah cara mengajar KTSP ke Kurikulum 2013, kreativitas guru masih rendah, kesulitan dalam mentransfer ilmu, kesulitan pada tahap tanya jawab. Kesulitan guru dalam menerapkan penilaian autentik yaitu kurangnya waktu pelaksanaan penilaian autentik, kesulitan dalam mengelola nilai raport, kesulitan dalam hal biaya dan tenaga, kesulitan mengembangkan instrument penilaian, kesulitan dalam hal karakter siswa yang kurang mendukung. Adapun faktor yang menyebabkan yaitu faktor internal dimana pemahaman guru yang kurang, kreativitas guru yang rendah, kebiasaan dengan kurikulum sebelumnya. Sedangkan faktor eksternalnya yaitu karakter siswa kurang mendukung, waktu, sarana dan prasarana,kurangnya bimbingan orang tua.     Abstraction

    This study aims to find out the difficulties of teachers in applying a scientific approach and authentic assessment in the 2013 curriculum in the low class of UPTD SDN Pekadan II elementary school and to find out the factors that affecting teachers’ difficulties in applying a scientific approach and authentic assessment in the 2013 curriculum in the low class UPTD SDN Pekadan II elementary school. The data analysis technique of this study uses data analysis techniques model of Miles and Huberman. The test validity of the data in this study using triangulation techniques and sources. The results showed that the application of the scientific approach and authentic assessmen in the lower classes of the UPTD SDN Pekadan II elementary school had difficulties. The difficulties is teacher still had difficulty in changing the way of teaching KTSP to curriculum 2013, the creativity of teachers was still low, the difficulties in transferring knowledge, the difficulties in the question and answer stage. The difficulty of teachers in applying authentic assessment is the lack of time for authentic assessment, difficulty in managing report cards, difficulties in terms of costs and energy, difficulty developing instrument assessment, difficulties in terms of character of students who are less supportive. The factors that cause are internal factors that the teacher’s understanding is lacking, teacher’s creativity is low, habits with the previous curriculum. While the external factors are the character of students who are less supportive, time, facilities and infrastructure, lack of parental guidance.
