ABSTRAK Penelitian dan pengembangan ini mengembangkan produk bahan ajar buku dongeng berbasis kearifan lokal Madura untuk mengetahui tingkatan karakter siswa melalui pembelajaran PKn kelas III SD Negeri Kraton 2 Bangkalan. Penelitian ini menggunakan model Borg and Gall langkah pengembangan yakni sebagai berikut, (1) Identifikasi Masalah, (2) pengumpulan informasi, (3) desain produk, (4) validasi desain, (5) perbaikan desain, (6) uji coba produk, (7) revisi produk, (8) uji coba pemakaian, (9) revisi produk tahap akhir, dan (10) produksi massal. Berdasarkan hasil validasi yang dilakukan diperoleh hasil kelayakan validasi ahli media pembelajaran, ahli materi/ isi pembelajaran, dan ahli media dengan perhitungan gabungan memperoleh presentase sebesar 84,8%. Kemenarikan dari respon siswa sebesar 84,8% pada uji coba pemakaian. Hasil angket untuk mengetahui tingkatan karakter sebesar 85,8%. Hasil angket tingkat kecermatan efektif siswa sebesar 75,8% pada uji coba pemakaian. Hasil angket alih/ penguasaan belajar siswa sebesar 77% pada uji coba pemakaian. Hasil observasi/ pengamatan pada keefektifan kesesuaian dan kuantitas unjuk kerja siswa sebesar 81,8% pada uji coba pemakaian. Hasil akhir dan tes sebesar 100% tuntas untuk soal pilihan ganda dan 95,2% terdapat 20 siswa tuntas dan 1 siswa. Angket respon siswa sebesar 86,4%. Observasi aktivitas guru 86,4%, observasi aktivitas siswa kelompok 1 85,6%, kelompok 2 80%, kelompok 3 85,6%, dan kelompok 4 90,4% pada uji coba pemakaian. Kata kunci: Buku dongeng, berbasis kearifan lokal Madura, tingkatan karakter, pembelajaran PKn.
AbstractionThis research and development advanced the learning materials product of fairy tale books based on the local wisdom of Madura to know the students’ character level through the Civics learning of grade III SD Negeri Kraton 2 Bangkalan. This research and development procedures adapted those developed by Borg and Gall consisting of 10 steps, namely: (1) identification of problems, (2) information collecting, (3) product design, (4) design validation, (5) design revision, (6) product trial, (7) product revision, (8) usage trial, (9) final product revision, (10) mass production. Based on the validation that has been conducted, it was found that the qualified validation result of the learning media expert, the material expert/learning content, and the media expert with the combined calculation obtained the percentage of 84,8%. Interest in student responses was 84.8% in usage trials. The result of questionnaire to know level of character was 85,8% on usage trial. The questionnaire results in students’ effective accuracy level of 75,8% on usage trial. The questionnaire results/ students' mastery of 77% usage trials. The observation result/observation on the effectiveness of conformity and quantity of students' performance was 81,8% on usage trial. The final results and the test at 100% due to multiple choice questions and 95.2% are 20 students completed and 1 student was not complete trial usage. Teacher questionnaire response by 86.4%. Observation of teacher activity was 86,4% observation of student activity group 1 was 85,6% group 2 was 80% group 3 was 85,6% and group 4 was 90,4 % on trial usage.
