The aims of this research are to discuss the types of conversational implicature in Negeri Van Oranje (NVO) movie based on Grice theory and implicit meaning of conversational implicature that from utterances or conversation by character in the movie. This research used descriptive qualitative. The data of this research are conversational implicature of utterances by character in Negeri Van Oranje movie. The source of data are film and transcipt Negeri Van Oranje movie. To analysis the data, the researcher applied theory of data analysis based on Miles and Huberman (1994). The result of this research shows that there are twenty (20) data that contain conversational implicature and implicit meaning. It consist of nine (09) data that included Generalized Conversational Implicature (GCI) and eleven (11) data that included Particuarized Conversational Implicature (PCI).
