ABSTRAK Tahu bulat merupakan makanan yang sudah tidak asing lagi bagi para masyarakat Indonesia. Tahu bulat ini terbuat dari bahan dasar tahu dan telur, dimana proses pembuatannya masih menggunakan alat yang manual. Keterbatasan tenaga dan gampang lelahnya manusia menjadikan proses produksi tahu bulat menjadi lama. Oleh karena itu dirancanglah sebuah alat yang mana alat ini bisa mencetak tahu bulat secara otomatis. Alat pembuat tahu bulat otomatis ini menggunakan mikrokontroler sebagai pengontrolannya, dimana alat ini akan berjalan ketika diberi tegangan listrik, kemudian kita masukkan adonan pada corong. Cara kerja dari alat pembuat tahu bulat ini yang pertama adalah Mesin pencetak akan mendorong adonan ke bawah, pada mesin pendorong adonan terdapat sensor limit switch yang masing-masing fungsinya berbeda, sensor limit switch satu untuk berputar kebawah, sensor limit switch kedua untuk berputar keatas dan sensor limit switch ketiga untuk menghidupkan mesin pemotong. Dan jika adon sudah menjadi tahu bulat dengan bentuk dan ukuran yang sama. Kemudian adonan yang sudah menjadi tahu bulat akan jatuh ke prosotan dan keberadaan tahu bulat akan dibaca oleh sensor LDR. Jika sensor LDR membaca tahu bulat dan motor servo sudah melakukan proses buka tutup sebanyak lima kali maka konveyor akan berjalan dan proses pendorong dengan pemotong berhenti sampai konveyor selesai berjala. Proses tersebut akan melakukan perulangan sampai pengguna alat pembuat tahu bulat otomatis ini mematikan mesin dengan cara memutuskan tegangan arus listrik. ABSTRACT Know round is a food that is not foreign to the people of Indonesia. This round tofu is made from the basic ingredients of tofu and eggs, where the manufacturing process is still using a manual tool. The limited manpower and easy human fatigue makes the production process of round tofu long. Therefore it is designed a tool in which this tool can print round tofu automatically. This automatic rounded maker uses a microcontroller as its control, which will run when powered, then we put the dough in the funnel. The workings of this first round of roundknowers is that the printing machine will push the dough down, on the dough booster there are limit switch sensors each of which functions differently, the limit sensor switch one for rotating down, the second switch limit sensor for the upward rotation and third switch limit sensor to start the cutting machine. And if the adon has become round to know with the same shape and size. Then the dough that has become round tofu will fall into prosotan and the existence of round tofu will be read by the LDR sensor. If the LDR sensor reads round tofu and the servo motor has opened the lid five times then the conveyor will run and the thruster process with the cutter stops until the conveyor finishes.
