CV. Rio Karya Wood adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang pembuatan kayu lapis. Pembuatan kayu lapis membutuhkan beberapa bahan baku, salah satunya adalah shortcore. Shortcore merupakan bahan baku yang paling banyak dibutuhkan, dan merupakan bahan baku yang sering menjadi alasan berhentinya proses produksi dikarenakan kurang atau terlambatnya pengiriman dari pemasok. CV. RKW memiliki 8 supplier yang menjadi pemasok bahan baku shortcore. Setiap pemasok memiliki keterbatasan. Cv. RKW membutuhkan pemasok yang mampu memasok bahan baku dengan kualitas baik dan tepat waktu untuk mengurangi berhentinya proses produksi, maka diperlukan pemilihan beberapa pemasok dari 8 pemasok shortcore yang mampu konsisten mengirimkan bahan. Penelitian ini membahas tentang pemilihan pemasok bahan baku shortcore pada setiap periode, dan jumlah pemesanan shortcore kepada setiap pemasok menggunakan metode Mixed Integer Linier Programming. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah meminimasi biaya termasuk biaya pembelian, biaya simpan dan biaya pemesanan yang dibatasi oleh fungsi pembatas seperti: kapasitas pemasok, waktu pengiriman pemasok, persediaan, safety stock, permintaan dan biner. Hasil dari penelitian adalah bahwa terdapat beberapa pemasok yang terpilih setiap periodenya. Pemasok yang terpilih minimal ada 5 pemasok dengan jumlah alokasi pemesanan yang berbeda. Pemasok yang selalu terpilih pada semua periode adalah pemasok 3, 5, 6 dan 7. Kata kunci: pemilihan pemasok, alokasi pesanan, mixed integer linier programming.

Shortcore is the most needed raw material, and is the raw material that is often the reason for the cessation of the production process due to the lack of or late delivery from the supplier. CV. RKW has 8 suppliers who are suppliers of raw materials shortcore. Every supplier has limitations. Cv. RKW requires suppliers capable of supplying raw materials of good quality and timely to reduce cessation of production processes, it is necessary to select several suppliers from 8 shortcore suppliers who are able to consistently deliver materials. This study discusses the selection of shortcore raw material suppliers in each period, and the number of shortcore orders to each supplier using the Linear Integer Programming Mixed Integer method. The purpose of this research is to minimize the cost including purchase cost, storage cost and ordering cost limited by limiting function such as supplier capacity, supplier delivery time, inventory, safety stock, demand and binary. The result of the research is that there are several suppliers selected each period. Selected suppliers must have at least 5 suppliers with different order allocations. Suppliers who are always selected at all periods are suppliers 3, 5, 6 and 7. Keywords: supplier selection, allocation of orders, mixed linear integer programming.
