Intruksi kerja merupakan langkah-langkah urutan dari sebuah aktivitas secara lebih spesifik dan bersifat teknis Pada setiap proses produksi membutuhkan sebuah intruksi kerja, agar tidak terjadi kesalahan dan untuk menjelaskan bagaimana aksi, tingkah laku, metode serta tugas dari suatu pekerjaan akan dimulai,di adakan, dilaksanakan serta diselesaikan. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai intruksi kerja dalam bentuk dokumen yang terdapat di PT. Inkor Bola Pacific yaitu perusahaan manufaktur bola dengan merk “PROTEAM” dan difokuskan pada salah satu departemen yang ada di lantai produksi yaitu departemen bladder. Tahapan penelitian yang dilakukan yaitu dengan membuat OPC dan FPC dari departemen bladder serta membandingkan dan mengevaluasi kekurangan dari intruksi kerja yang telah ada di perusahaan. Penelitian yang telah dilakukan menghasilkan intruksi kerja usulan untuk departemen bladder dengan membuat alur dari material handling pada setiap workstation, sehingga memiliki perbedaan dan memberikan ciri khusus pada produk yang dihasilkan oleh masing-masing operator. Oleh sebab itu, dibuatlah juga checksheet untuk proses inpseksi pada water test yang mampu memudahkan pihak quality control untuk mengidentifikasi penyebab terjadinya kecacatan pada bladder. Work instructions are the sequence steps of an activity in a more specific and technical way. In every production process requires a work instruction, in order to avoid errors and to explain how the actions, behaviors, methods and tasks of a job will begin, implemented and completed. This study discusses the work instructions in the form of documents contained in PT. Inkor Bola Pacific is a ball manufacturing company under the brand name "PROTEAM" and is focused on one of the departments on the production floor of the bladder department. Stages of research conducted by making the OPC and FPC from the bladder department as well as comparing and evaluating the shortcomings of work instructions that already exist in the company. The research that has been done produces the proposed work instructions for the bladder department by making a groove of material handling on each workstation, so that it has the distinction and gives a special characteristic to the products produced by each operator. Therefore, a checksheet for the inpsection process in the water test is also enabled to enable the quality control to identify the cause of bladder defects.
