UKM mebel kecamatan Pragaan merupakan UKM yang bergerak dalam bidang furniture seperti almari, buffet, defan, kursi dan lain-lain. UKM tersebut selain memproduksi juga menjual produknya sendiri. Karena semakin pesat perkembangannya maka semakin pesat pula persaingannya. Dimana konsumen atau pelanggan dari kalangan atas sampai kalangan bawah sekarang ini membutuhkan dan menginginkan produk mebel yang diproduksi oleh UKM mebel Kecamatan Pragaan ukirannya up to date (selalu ada yang baru) dengan nilai raw weight sebesar 5,36, perioritas yang kedua ialah atribut desain mebel sesuai dengan harga diperoleh nilai raw weight 4,89 dan yang ketiga atribut bahan jenis kayu yang digunakan tidak mudah patah dengan nilai raw weight sebesar 4,31. Untuk memperbaiki teknik pada produk mebel yang akan dihasilakan oleh UKM mebel Kecamatan Pragaan, teknik tersebut ialah kapasitas alat atau mesin dengan nilai absolut sebesar 206 dan bobot relatifnya 0,184, perioritas yang kedua ialah kondisi perakitan dengan nilai absolut 197,29 dan bobot relatifnya 0,176, periritas yang ketiga ialah skalabilitas dengan bobot absolut yang diperoleh 185,66 dan bobot relatifnya 0,166. Data tersebut diperoleh dari hasil pengisian kuesioner oleh konsumen yang diselesaikan dengan metode Quality Function Deployment (QFD) pada fase 1 yaitu House Of Quality (HOQ).
