Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mempermudah masyarakat dalam memperoleh informasi terkait fasilitas kesehatan yang meliputi lokasi dan rute yang terintegrasi dengan google maps melalui penerapan Web Service untuk Informasi Fasilitas Kesehatan Berbasis Android. Metode pengembangan dalam penelitian ini adalah perancangan sistem yang menggunakan web service. Penelitian ini melibatkan studi pendahuluan, pengembangan aplikasi, serta uji lapangan validitas dan reliabilitas untuk menentukan efektifitas aplikasi fasilitas kesehatan yang dibuat. Hasil akhir penelitian yang dikembangkan adalah web service fasilitas kesehatan berbasis android yaitu berupa aplikasi fasilitas kesehatan. Aplikasi fasilitas kesehatan ini merupakan aplikasi yang memberikan informasi terkait lokasi, rute, dan informasi umum mengenai fasilitas kesehatan meliputi rumah sakit, puskesmas, klinik, serta apotek yang berada di Kabupaten Sampang. Hasil uji validitas menunjukkan nilai r_hitung > r_tabel= 0,374 yang berarti valid dan uji reliabilitas menunjukkan bahwa koefisien reliabilitas (r_11) sebesar 0,826 > 0,6 yang berarti reliabel. Berdasarkan hasil kuisioner, dapat diketahui bahwa aplikasi fasilitas kesehatan yang telah dikembangkan mampu mempermudah masyarakat sampang dalam memperoleh informasi fasilitas kesehatan yang berada di Kabupaten Sampang.

The purpose of this study is to facilitate the public in obtaining information related to health facilities which include locations and routes that are integrated with google maps through the implementation of a Web Service for Android-based Health Facility Information. The development method in this study is system design that uses web service. This study involves preliminary studies, application development, and field testing of validity and reliability to determine the effectiveness of health facility applications made. The final results of the research developed are Android-based health service web services in the form of health facility applications. This health facility application is an application that provides information regarding location, route, and general information about health facilities including hospitals, health centers, clinics, and pharmacies in Sampang Regency. Validity test results show rcount> r table = 0.374 which means valid and reliability test shows that the reliability coefficient (r11) is 0.826> 0.6 which means reliable. Based on the results of the questionnaire, it can be seen that the application of health facilities which have been developed can make it easier for the Sampang community to obtain information on health facilities in Sampang Regency.
