Konsep balanced scorecard memperkenalkan suatu sistem pengukuran kinerja koperasi dengan mengunakan kriteria-kriteria tertentu yang merupakan penjabaran dari apa yang menjadi misi dan strategi koperasi jangka panjang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kinerja Koperasi KAREB dari perspektif keuangan, anggota, proses bisnis internal, pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran. Alat analisis yang digunakan untuk mengimplementasikan metode balanced scorecard terdiri dari empat perspektif yaitu, perspektif keuangan, perspektif anggota, perspektif proses internal bisnis serta perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer (kuesioner, observasi lapang dan wawancara) dan data sekunder (data keuangan koperasi, data produksi, AD-ART, buku dan jurnal). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa skor kinerja perspektif keuangan Koperasi KAREB adalah 23,74% termasuk dalam kategori tidak sehat (CCC), kinerja perspektif anggota pada kategori sangat sehat (A) dengan skor 75,83%, perspektif proses bisnis internal, perspektif pertumbuhan dan pembelajaran termasuk kategori sangat sehat (AA) dengan skor 90.74% dan 85.33%. Skor keseluruhan yang diperoleh Koperasi KAREB adalah 68,91% dan termasuk kategori sangat sehat (A).

Balanced scorecard concept introduces a cooperative performance measurement system by using certain criteria that are the elaboration of what is to be a long-term cooperative mission and strategy. The purpose of this study is to analyze the performance of KAREB Cooperatives from the perspective of finance, members, internal business processes, growth and learning. The analytical tool used to implement balanced scorecard method consists of four perspectives namely, financial perspective, member perspective, internal business process perspective, and learning and growth perspective. The types of data used are primary data (questionnaires, field observations and interviews) and secondary data (cooperative financial data, production data, AD-ART, books and journals). The results showed that the performance score of the KAREB Cooperative financial perspective was 23.74% included in the not healthy category (CCC), the performance of the members' perspective on the very healthy category (A) with 75.83% score, internal business process perspective, growth and learning perspective including very healthy category (AA) with a score of 90.74% and 85.33%. The overall score obtained by KAREB Cooperative is 68.91% and is classified as very healthy (A).
