    Abstraksi

    ABSTRAK : Teknik pertanian organik merupakan salah satu teknik yang dapat digunakan dalam budidaya sayuran. UD Batu Organic Farms merupakan salah satu produsen sayuran organik yang ada di Kota Batu. Manajemen risiko digunakan untuk meminalisir risiko yang terdapat di UD Batu Organic Farms. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis sumber-sumber risiko dan status risiko usahatani sayuran organik di UD Batu Organic Farms, menganalisis besarnya tingkat risiko biaya, tingkat risiko produksi dan tingkat pendapatan usahatani sayuran organik di UD Batu Organic Farms dan mengetahui cara penanganan risiko usahatani sayuran organik di UD Batu Organic Farms. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode aproksimasi dan koefesien variasi. Tempat penelitian dilaksanakan di UD Batu Organic Farms Kota Batu. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Mei 2018. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sumber-sumber risiko yaitu risiko produksi terdiri dari cuaca, tenaga kerja, persemaian, hama, penyakit, panen, peralatan dan pasca panen risiko pasar terdiri dari harga input dan harga output. Tingkat risiko biaya memiliki nilai KV 0,71, tingkat risiko produksi memiliki nilai KV 0,67 dan tingkat risiko pendapatan memiliki nilai KV 0,64. UD Batu Organic Farms menggunakan penanganan risiko ex-ante, interractive dan ex-post. Kata kunci: Risiko, Koefesien variasi, Ex-ante, Interractive, Ex-post

    Abstraction

    ABSTRACT: Organic farming techniques is one technique that can be used in vegetable cultivation. UD Batu Organic Farms is one of the producers of organic vegetables in Batu City. Risk management is used to justify the risks contained in UD Batu Organic Farms. This study aims to analyze the sources of risk and risk status of organic vegetable farming in UD Batu Organic Farms, to analyze the level of cost risk, the level of production risk and the income level of organic vegetable farming in UD Batu Organic Farms and to know how to handle the risk of organic vegetable farming in UD Stone Organic Farms. This research uses approximation method and coefficient of variation. Place of study was conducted at UD Batu Organic Farms Batu City. This research was conducted in May 2018. The results of this study indicate that the risk sources of production risk consisting of weather, labor, nursery, pest, disease, harvest, equipment and post market harvest consist of input price and output price. Level of cost risk has a value of KV 0.71, the level of production risk has a value of KV 0.67 and the level of income risk has a value of KV 0.64. UD Batu Organic Farms uses ex-ante, interractive and ex-post risk management. Keywords: Risk, Coefficient variation, Ex-ante, Interractive, Ex-post
