    Abstraksi

    Salah satu UMKM di Kabupaten Sidoarjo adalah UMKM Telur asin, dimana masih dihadapkan dengan beberapa permasalahan. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan pengukuran kinerja yang berguna untuk membantu memperbaiki maupun meningkatkan kinerja dari UMKM tersebut. Salah satu pendekatan metode yang dapat digunakan untuk mengukur kinerja UMKM di Sidoarjo adalah metode Balanced Scorecard yang dikombinasikan dengan pembobotan Analytic Hirearchy Process (AHP), kemudian masing-masing hasil pembobotan dihitung dengan menggunakan metode scoring. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis kinerja dan menentukan langkah rekomendasi strategi untuk meningkatkan kinerja UMKM Telur Asin di Sidoarjo. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa skor kinerja yang diperoleh sebesar 96,76%, artinya kinerja UMKM tersebut dalam kategori sedang. Dan Pada perspektif keuangan, perspektif pelanggan, perspektif proses bisnis internal, dan perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan memiliki langkah strategi yang perlu dilakukan karena bermanfaat untuk membantu dan memperbaiki permasalahan yang dihadapi UMKM Telur Asin di Sidoarjo.     Abstraction

    One of UMKM in Sidoarjo Regency is UMKM Salted Egg, which is still faced with several problems. Therefore, it needs performance measurement that is useful to help for improving and increasing performance of UMKM. The method approaches that can be used to measure the performance measurement of UMKM (SMME) in Sidoarjo is Balanced Scorecard method which is combined with Analytic Hirearchy Process (AHP) weighting, then each weighting result is calculated by using scoring method. The aim of this study is to analyze the performance and determine the step of strategy-recommendation to improve the performance of SMMEs Egg Salted in Sidoarjo regency. The results showed that the performance score is obtained for 96.76%, it means the performance of SMMEs is in the category of medium. In the perspective of finance, customer perspective, internal business process perspective, and learning and growth perspective have the strategic steps that need to be done because it is useful to help and improve the problems which are faced by SMMEs Egg Salted in Sidoarjo regency.
