UD Anugerah merupakan industri tahu yang memiliki keterbatasan dalam manajemen persediaan bahan baku kedelai. Hal ini ditunjukkan dari frekuensi pembelian yang besar, tidak memiliki perhitungan persediaan pengaman dan pemesanan kembali serta biaya yang dikeluarkan cukup besar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui jumlah pemesanan ekonomis, persediaan pengaman, titik pemesanan kembali, persediaan maksimum dan total biaya persediaan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu economic order quantity dengan pertimbangan bahwa karakteristik usaha UD Anugerah sesuai dengan beberapa asumsi dari metode tersebut. Hasil penelitian menununjukkan jumlah pemesanan ekonomis sebesar 18.969,3 kg, jumlah persediaan pengaman sebesar 198,3 kg, titik pemesanan kembali sebesar 3.166,3 kg, persediaan maksimum sebesar 19.167, kg dan total biaya persediaan sebesar Rp. 517.704,3. UD Anugerah is a tofu industry which has limitations in the management of soybean raw material inventory. This is indicated by the frequency of large purchases, no calculation of safety stock and reorder, and the considerable cost. This study has and objective to determine the number of economic orders, safety stock, point of reorder, maximum inventory, and total inventory cost. Method that used in this study is economic order quantity with the consideration that the business characteristics of UD Anugerah are in accordance with several assumptions of the method. The results of this study show that the number of economic orders amounted to 18,969.3 kg, the amount of safety stock is 198.3 kg, the point of reorder is 3,166.3 kg, the maximum inventory is 19,167 kg, and total inventory cost is Rp. 517,704.3.
