Daun ungu merupakan tumbuhan perdu yang memiliki batang tegak, berukuran kecil, dan tingginya dapat mencapai 3 meter. Peningkatan pertumbuhan stek batang tanaman Daun Ungu dapat dilakukan dengan pemberian Zat Pengatur Tumbuh alami. Kajian penggunaan Zat Pengatur Tumbuh alami air kelapa pada tanaman Daun Ungu terbatas, sehingga perlu dilakukan untuk mengetahui respon pertumbuhan stek batang tanaman Daun Ungu akibat pemberian air kelapa. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kebun percobaan program Studi Agroteknologi Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Trunojoyo Madura pada bulan Februari sampai Mei 2018 dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) non faktorial dengan 6 ulangan yang terdiri atas konsentrasi air kelapa 0% atau tanpa air kelapa, 25%, 50%, 75%, dan 100%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian air kelapa cenderung menunjukkan semakin tinggi konsentrasi yang diberikan menghasilkan pertumbuhan akar dan tunas stek batang tanaman daun ungu terhambat meskipun secara keseluruhan parameter nilai yang dihasilkan pada setiap konsentrasi air kelapa tidak berbeda nyata secara statistik dengan perlakuan tanpa pemberian air kelapa atau konsentrasi 0%. Pemberian air kelapa hanya berpengaruh nyata pada parameter persentase stek bertunas minggu pertama setelah tanam, waktu muncul tunas, jumlah tunas minggu pertama setelah tanam, dan jumlah daun pada minggu ke-6 setelah tanam. AbstractionPurple leaves (Graptophyllum pictum Griff) are shrubs that have stems erect, small, and can reach up to 3 meters high. Increasing the growth of stem cuttings of Purple Leaf plants can be done with the provision of natural Growing Regulators. Study of the use of regulating substances Growing natural coconut water on plants Purple Leaf limited, so it is necessary to know the response to the growth of stem cuttings Leaf Ungu plant due to coconut water. This research was conducted in experimental field of Agrotechnology Program study of Agriculture Faculty of Trunojoyo Madura University from February to May 2018 using Randomized Non-factorial Randomized Design (RAL) with 6 replications consisting of 0% coconut water concentration or without coconut water, 25%, 50 %, 75%, and 100%. The results showed that the administration of coconut water tended to show that the higher concentration given resulted in the growth of roots and shoots of plant cuttings purple leaves were inhibited even though the overall parameters produced at each concentration of coconut water were not statistically significantly different from the treatment without coconut water or concentration 0%. The provision of coconut water only had a significant effect on the percentage parameters of the shoots sprouting the first week after planting, when the shoots appeared, the number of shoots the first week after planting, and the number of leaves at 6 weeks after planting.
