ABSTRAK Tanaman sawo (Achras zapota L.) merupakan salah satu buah daerah yang merupakan keluarga dari sapotaceae. Sawo disukai karena rasanya yang manis dan lezat, sawo biasa dikonsumsi sebagai makanan pencuci mulut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dosis pupuk NPK terhadap jumlah daun muda, saat muncul bunga, jumlah bunga dan jumlah buah terbentuk pada tanaman sawo (Achras zapota L.). Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Desember 2017 sampai April 2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) non factorial. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dosis pupuk NPK tidak memberi pengaruh nyata pada jumlah daun muda dan saat muncul bunga namun berpengaruh sangat nyata pada jumlah bunga dan jumlah buah terbentuk. Rata-rata hasil tertinggi pada dosis 1 kg/pohon. Kata kunci : Tanaman sawo, NPK.

ABSTRACT Sapodilla tree (Achras zapota L.) is one of local fruit tree that belongs to the family of sapotaceae. Sapodilla is fruit is preferred for its sweet and delectable taste and it is usually consumed as dessert. This research was caried out to study effect of NPK fertilizer dosage on the numbers of young leaves, flowers, and fruit of sapodilla tree (Achras zapota L). This research was conducted from December 2017 to April 2018. A non-factorial randomized design was applied in this research. The result showed that the dosage of NPK fertilizer did not have any significant effect either on the number of leaves or the fruiting process, yet it showed a significant effect on the numbers of flower and fruit. The highest result average was resulted at dosage of 1 kg/tree. Keywords : Sapodilla, NPK.
