UJI ANTAGONIS Trichoderma sp. ISOLAT BP19 TERHADAP Colletotrichum sp. PENYEBAB PENYAKIT ANTRAKNOSA PADA CABAI MERAHPenulis : Resa SaraswatiDosen Pembimbing I : Dr. Ir. Gita Pawana M.SIDosen Pembimbing II :Ir. Achmad Djunaedy MP.Abstraksi
AbstractionThis study aims to determine the inhibition of Trichoderma sp. BP19 isolates against conidia growth, conidia production and germination of Colletotrichum sp. causes of anthracnose in red chili. The research was conducted from July to November at the Plant Environment Laboratory, Agroecotechnology Study Program, Faculty of Agriculture, Trunojoyo University, Madura. Trichoderma sp. Antagonist test BP19 isolate against Colletotrichum sp. same media in vitro based on the percentage of inhibition, the number of conidia and conidia viability, the data obtained were then analyzed using the T-test with the aim of knowing the comparison of the two treatments. Based on the results of research that has been carried out it can be concluded that Trichoderma sp. can inhibit the development of Colletotrichum sp. with the highest average resistance of 39.7%. This shows that the two biological agents cannot be applied simultaneously because Trichoderma sp. will inhibit the growth of Colletotrichum sp.
