PENGARUH MOLIBDENUM (Mo) TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN DAN HASIL TANAMAN KEDELAI (Glycine max (L.)Merril)Penulis : VIRA DEVI RISTANTIDosen Pembimbing I : Dr. Ir. Eko Murniyanto. MP.Dosen Pembimbing II :Ir. Slamet Supriyadi.M.Si.Abstraksi
AbstractionMolybdenum (Mo) is an important element for nodule formation and nitrogen metabolisms by legume plant. The research to examine effects of Mo on growth and production of Soy plant. The materials used are soybean varieties of GEMA, Mediteran soil, plastic pot and (NH 4 ) 6 Mo 7 O . The research was carried out in the experimental farm Agrotechnology of Trunojoyo Madura University with approximately 5 meters above sea level. The research was arranged in complete random design (CRD) with treatments consisted of two levels namely 150 and 600 g (NH4) 6 Mo 7 O 24 24 /ha. Data were analysed by Anova and the difference among means were analysed by DMRT ? 5%. The result showed that Mo significantly increased number of root nodules but not on root number, root dry weight, plant height, branch number, total number of pod per plant, weight of dry seed, and dry matter of plant biomass. Possibly, other factors from soil that may interact the effect of Mo on growth and yield of soybean were discussed. Keywords: Soybean, Molybdenum, Growth and Results.
