    ABSTRAK Andi Sofyan, Potret Prosedur dan Realisasi Penerimaan Retribusi Pelayanan Persampahan di Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Kabupaten Bangkalan Di bawah bimbingan Robiatul Auliyah. SE,.MSA Tujuan dari tugas akhir ini adalah untuk mengetahui prosedur, realisasi, dan upaya retribusi pelayanan persampahan di dinas lingkungan hidup Kabupaten Bangkalan. Pada tugas akhir ini penulis menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan sumber data primer dan sekunder. Proses dari teknik pengumpulan data dari tugas akhir ini dengan observasi, wawancara, serta dokumentasi. Simpulan dari tugas akhir ini yaitu memenuhi target retribusi persampahan dibutuhkan adanya metode-metode baru dan peraturan yang mengikat untuk membayar iuran retribusi peraturan retribusi persampahan di kabupaten Bangkalan. Realisasi retribusi persampahan tahun 2015-2017, hanya pada tahun 2016 saja yang mencapai target di karenakan Dinas lingkungan hidup bekerja sama dengan PDAM untuk melakukan pemungutan retribusi. Jadi ketika masyarakat melakukan pembayaran iuran air di loket PDAM maka mereka berkewajiban membayar retribusi persampahan Kata Kunci :Peraturan Daerah Nomor 9 Tahun 2010 Tentang Retribusi Jasa Umum

    ABSTRACT Andi Sofyan,Potrait of prosedures and realization of waste service retribution at the Bangkalan regency enviromental service. Under the guidance of Robiatul Auliyah. SE,.MSA The purpose of this final project is to find out the procedures, realization, and efforts to retain solid waste services at the Bangkalan Regency environmental office. In this final assignment the author uses a qualitative descriptive approach with primary and secondary data sources. The process of data collection techniques from this final project is by observation, interviews, and documentation. The conclusion of this final project is that meeting the target of solid waste retribution requires the existence of new methods and binding regulations to pay retribution fees for the waste retribution regulations in Bangkalan district. The realization of solid waste retribution for 2015-2017, only in 2016 reached the target because the Environmental Agency collaborated with the PDAM to collect fees. So when people pay water dues at the PDAM counters, they are obliged to pay waste fees Keywords: Regional Regulation Number 9 of 2010 concerning Public Service Retribution
