Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah jumlah unit usaha, nilai investasi dan nilai produksi berpengaruh terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja pada Industri Kecil Menengah (IKM) dan Industri Nonformal subsektor Agro dan Kimia (Agrokim), Industri Logam, Mesin, Tekstil dan Aneka (ILMTA) dan Industri Alat Transportasi, Elektronika dan Telematika (IATT) di Kota Kediri. Data pada penelitian ini merupakan data sekunder berupa data panel dimana cross sectionnya yaitu IKM dan Industri Nonformal subsektor Agrokim, ILMTA serta IATT dan time seriesnya dari tahun 2012 triwulan I – 2015 triwulan IV. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode analisis regresi data panel dengan model terbaik yaitu Fixed Effect Model (FEM). Data diolah dengan menggunakan Eviews 6. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa jumlah unit usaha berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja sedangkan nilai investasi dan nilai produksi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja pada IKM dan Industri Nonformal subsektor Agrokim, ILMTA dan IATT di Kota Kediri tahun 2012 triwulan I – 2015 triwulan IV. This study aims to determine the number of business units, investment value and production value affect the absorption of labor in Small and Medium Industry (SMI) and Non-formal Industries subsector Agro and Chemical (Agro-chemical), Metal, Machine, Textile and Multifarious Industry (MMTMI) and Transportation Equipment Industry, Electronics and Telematics (TEIET) in Kediri. The data in this study is secondary data in the form of panel data where the cross section is the SMI and Non-formal Industry subsector Agro-chemical, MMTMI and TEIET and its time series from the year 2012 quarter I - 2015 quarter IV. The analysis method used in this study is Panel Data Regression Method with the best model Fixed Effect Model (FEM). Data is processed using Eviews 6. The results of this study indicate that the number of business units has a negative and significant effect to the absorption of labor meanwhile investment value and production value has a positive and significant effect to the absorption of labor in SMI and Non-formal Industries subsector Agro-chemical, MMTMI and TEIET in Kediri from the year 2012 quarter I - 2015 quarter IV.
