    Abstraksi

    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat produksi pada tanaman padi yang berada di Desa Plosogeneng, Kecamatan Jombang, Kabupaten Jombang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda atau Ordinary Least Squares (OLS), karena ada beberapa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produksi padi dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang berpengaruh terhadap produksi padi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa berdasarkan faktor-faktor produksi padi yakni luas lahan, kebutuhan pupuk, jumlah benih dan tenaga kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produksi padi di Desa Plosogeneng, Kecamatan Jombang, Kabupaten Jombang. Lalu dari pengujian luas lahan, kebutuhan pupuk, jumlah benih dan tenaga kerja secara bersama-sama atau (simultan) dari empat variabel bebas secara bersama-sama tidak berpengaruh terhadap produksi padi di Desa Plosogeneng, Kecamatan Jombang, Kabupaten Jombang. Secara parsial dari keempat variabel bebas tersebut berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel terikat. Kata Kunci : Produksi Padi, Luas Lahan, Pupuk, Benih, Tenaga Kerja.

    Abstraction

    The aim of this research is to determine the production level of rice plants in Plosogeneng, Jombang district. The method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis or Ordinary Least Squares (OLS), because there are several factors that effect rice production. The result of this research shows that the width of the rice field, the need of fertilizer, the amount of rice seed and the number of field worker give positive and significant effect to the rice production in Plosogeneng. However thefour factors, which become independent variables within this research,simultanously have no effect on rice production in Plosogeneng, Jombang district. On the other hand, the four independent variables partially have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable.
