Atika Wulandari, Pengaruh Earning Per Share (EPS), Dividend Per Share (DPS), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) dan Tingkat Suku Bunga Terhadap Harga Saham Pada Perusahaan Makanan dan Minuman Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2012-2016. Dibawah bimbingan Bapak Drs.Ec. Bambang Sudarsono, MM dan Bapak Echsan Gani., MSi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Earning Per Share (EPS), Dividend Per Share (DPS), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) dan Tingkat Suku Bunga Terhadap Harga Saham Pada Perusahaan Makanan dan Minuman Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2012-2016, baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah perusahaan makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2012-2016 sebanyak 16 perusahaan. Sampel yang digunakan yaitu teknik purposive sampling. dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 5 perusahaan makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda, uji T, uji F dan koefisien determinasi (R2). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) sebesar 0,384. Hal itu menunjukkan bahwa presentase pengaruh earning per share (EPS), dividend per share (DPS), debt to equity ratio (DER) dan tingkat suku bunga terhadap harga saham sebesar 38,4% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 61,6% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini. Hasil uji T yang memiliki pengaruh terhadap harga saham yaitu earning per share (EPS). Hasil uji F menunjukkan bahwasannya variabel earning per share (EPS), dividend per share (DPS), debt to equity ratio (DER) dan tingkat suku bunga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di bursa efek Indonesia periode 2012-2016. Kata Kunci: Earning Per Share (EPS), Dividend Per Share (DPS), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) dan Tingkat Suku Bunga.
AbstractionAtika Wulandari, The influence of Earning Per Share ( EPS), Dividend Per Share ( DPS), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Interest rates on stock price at food and beverage companles listed in Indonesian stock exchange period 2012-2016 under the guidance of Mr. Drs Ec Bambang Sudarsono, MM and Mr. Echsan Gani, Msi This research aims to determine of the influence of the Earning Per Share ( EPS), Dividend Per Share ( DPS), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Interest rates on stock price at food and beverage companies listed in indonesian stock exchange period 2012-2016, either partially or simultaneosly. The population of this research is food and beverage companies listed in Indonesian stock exchange period 2012-2016 as many as 16 companies. the sample used is purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 5 food and beverage companies listed in indonesian stock exchange. Data analysis used in this research is classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, T test, F test, and coefficient of determination (R2) Based on the results of the research showed that the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0,384. It shows that the percentage of Earning Per Share ( EPS), Dividend Per Share ( DPS), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Interest rates to share price is 38,4% while the rest of 61,6% is influenced by other variable which is not included in this study. T test results that have an effect on stock prices is Earning Per Share (EPS). the results of F test shows that of Earning Per Share ( EPS), Dividend Per Share ( DPS), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Interest rates variables significantly influence the stock price of food and beverage companies listed on indonesian stock exchange for 2012-2016.
