ABSTRAK Rif’a Fitrotunisa, 140211100024, Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Demokratis dan Kharismatik Terhadap Kinerja (Studi Pada Kepala Desa se-Kecamatan Labang, Kabupaten Bangkalan). Dibawah bimbingan Dra. Hj. S. Anugrahini Irawati, MM. dan Faidal, SE., MM. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi variabel gaya kepemimpinan demokratis dan kharismatik mempengaruhi kinerja studi pada kepala desa se-Kecamatan Labang, Kabupaten Bangkalan baik secara parsial, simultan dan variabel yan dominan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dimana populasinya adalah masyarakat yang ada di kecamatan labang sebanyak 46.337 dan di jadikan sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Berdasarkan uji statistik, ditemukan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan demokratis berpengaruh positif dan signifikasi terhadap kinerja, hal ini dapat dilihat dengan nilai koefisien regresi (B) sebesar 0,582 dan memiliki nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 yang lebih kecil dari a = 0,1. Sedangkan hasil thitung sebesar 8.153 lebih besar dari ttabell sebesar 1,29025. Selanjutnya ditemukan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan kharismatik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, hal ini dapat dilihat dengan nilai koefisien regresi (B) sebesar 0,422 dan memiliki signifikasi sebesar 0,000 yang lebih kecil dari a = 0,1. Sedangkan hasil thitung sebesar 7,056 lebih besar dari ttabel sebesar 1.29025. Kemudian ditemukan secara bersama-sama atau simultan gaya kepemimpinan demokratis dan kharismatik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai Fhitung sebesar 238.789 lebih besar dari Ftabel yaitu 2,36 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,000 <0,1. Sedangkan variabel yang dominan gaya kepemimpinan demokratis berpengaruh lebih dominan terhadap kinerja dari pada gaya kepemimpinan kharismatik. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai koefisien Beta gaya kepemimpinan demokratis sebesar 0,521 > dari nilai koefisien Beta gaya kepemimpinan kharismatik sebesar 0,451. ABSTRACT Rif'a Fitrotunisa, 140211100024, The Effect Of Democratic and Charismatics Leadership Style On Performance (Study On Village Heads Labang, Bangkalan District). Under the guidance of Dra.Hj. The purposes of this study are to determine: a) the effect of democratic and charismatic leadership style on the village heads performance at Labang, Bangkalan Regency, partially and simultaneously. This research used quantitative methods, that the population is the Labang society as many as 46.337 peoples and the sample as many as 100 respondents. Based on the statistical test, it was found that the democratic leadership style had a positive and significant effect on the performance. It can be seen by regression coefficient value (B) is 0.582 and has a significant value 0.000 ? a = 0.1. While the tcount 8,153 is ? ttable 1.29025. Furthermore, it was found that the charismatic leadership style had a positive and significant effect on the performance. It can be seen by regression coefficient value (B) is 0.422 and has a significance of 0.000 ? a = 0.1. While the tcount of 7.056 ? the ttable 1.29025. Then, it showed that the democratic and charismatic leadership style have a positive and significant effect on the performance simultaneously. It can be seen from the value of Fcount is 238.789 > Ftable is 2.36 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.1. While the democratic leadership style is dominant effect on the performance. It can be seen from the value of the Beta coefficient is 0.521 > 0.451 as Beta coefficient charismatic leadership style.
