Skripsi dengan judul “Model Pemberdayaan Ekonomi Lansia (Lanjut Usia) Melalui Program Kelompok Usaha Bersama (KUBE) BAZNAS Kota Malang” ini merupakan penelitian yang dilakukan untuk menjawab rumusan masalah tentang bagaimana model pemberdayaan Ekonomi Lansia (Lanjut Usia) pada Kelompok Usaha Bersama (KUBE) BAZNAS Kota Malang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan, mengacu pada pendekatan diskripstif kualitatif dengan subyek penelitian adalah pihak kelompok usaha bersama, dan para lansia yang menjadi binaan, obyek penelitian adalah model pemberdayaan ekonomi lansia (lanjut usia) pada kelompok usaha bersama (KUBE) BAZNAS Kota Malang. sumber data penelitian ialah data primer dan sekunder, analisis data penelitian ialah reduksi data, koding, dankeabsahan data sedangkan data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Dalam penelitian ini hasil penelitian berdasarkan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan tentang model pemberdayaan ekonomi lansia yang dilakukan oleh kelompok usaha bersama BAZNAS Kota Malang adalah sebagai berikut : Pertama, perusahaan memberikan modal bagi lansia berupa bibit jahe gajah, jahe merah, kelor, dan rosela untuk ditanam di rumah. Kedua, perusahaan mengadakan pelatihan untuk penanaman jahe gajah dan jahe merah. Ketiga, perusahaan mengadakan kegiatan pemeriksaan kesehatan gratis untuk para lansia. Keempat, perusahaan memberikan dana konsumtif setiap bulan. Dan kelima, perusahaan melakukan home visit. Dari hal tersebut dapat diketahui bahwa Kelompok Usaha Bersama (KUBE) dapat memberdayakan lansia dan membuat perekonomian lansia menjadi lebih baik. Thesis with the title "The Economic models Empowerment Elderly (The Eldery)In The Group Joint Venture (KUBE) BAZNAS Malang City " This is a research conducted to answer the formulation of the problem about how theeconomis models empowerment elderly (the ederly) in the group joint venture (KUBE) BAZNAS Malang City. The method used, referring to the approach descriptive qualitative research subject is the group joint venture (KUBE) and the elderly on BAZNAS Malang City, and some of the elderly’s in it. The source of the data that made the research is the primary data and secondary data. Data analysis research is the reduction of data, koding, and the validity of the data while data obtained through observation, interview dan documentation. In this study, the results of research based on the discussion can be infer about the economic models empowerment elderly in the group joint venture BAZNAS Malang City is as follows: First, the company provides capital for the elderly in the form of the seeds elephant ginger, red ginger, moringa and rosela to planted in the eldelry’s house. Second, the company held training for palnting the elephant ginger and red ginger. Third, farmers are given training on processing of agricultural land.Fourth, the company held the health checks are free to the elderly. And the five, the company do home visit.
