    Penelitian ini berjudul Analisis Strategi Produsen Dalam Proses Rekrutmen Tenaga Kerja Ditinjau Dari Perspektif Ekonomi Islam dilatar belakangi oleh banyaknya pelaku usaha yang menekuni industri kerajinan sarung tenun, sementara jumlah tenaga kerja yang tersedia terbatas, sehingga setiap produsen memiliki strategi k yang digunakan untuk proses rekrutmen tenaga kerja, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjawab masalah Bagaimana proses rekrutmen tenaga kerja? dan bagaimana strategi produsen dalam rekrutmen tenaga kerja ditinjau dari perspektif Ekonomi Islam ? Jenis penelitian kali ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif, sumber data dalam penelitian kali ini diperoleh dari hasil wawancara serta sumber data yang berbentuk dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan proses rekrutmen dilakukan dengan tiga tahapan yaitu memeriksa bagian mana yang membutuhkan penambahan tenaga kerja, menginformasikan bagian mana yang membutuhkan tenaga kerja, dan proses rekrutmen yang sesungguhnya. strategi yang dilakukan oleh produsen dalam proses rekrutmen tenaga kerja yang telah sesuai dengan perspektif Ekonomi Islam antara lain : Iklan. Sedangkan strategi yang kurang sesuai dengan teori Ekonomi Islam yaitu pembelian karyawan.

    Abstraction

    This study entitled Analysis of Producer’s Strategy in Workers Recruitment Process Based on Islamic Economics Perspective that motivated by the number of entrepreneurs who pursue the woven sarong craft industry, while the number of workers are very limited, so that every producer has certain strategies that used as workers recruitment strategy, this study has an objective to answer the problem of How is the recruitment process of workers? and how is the strategy of producer in workers recruitment based on Islamic Economics perspective? This study is qualitative research with qualitative descriptive approach, while the source of data of this study obtained from the results of interview and source of data in the form of documentation. The results of this study show that the recruitment process is done through three stages those are checking which part that requires more workers, informing which part that needs workers, and the actual recruitment process. Moreover, the strategy that done by the producer in workers recruitment process that in accordance with Islamic Economics is Advertisement. While, the strategy which is not in accordance with the theory of Islamic Economics is purchasing workers.
