    Thesis entitled "FIQH REVIEW OF MUAMALAH ON SALE BUY ANNUAL FOOD (Case Study In Bakung Village, Udanawu Sub-district, Blitar Regency)" background of case happened to people in Bakung Village who make sale and purchase agreement of annual rice field by using contract Rent (ijarah). This study aims to determine the practice of annual rice sale and aims know the review of muamalah fiqh on the practice of buying and selling of rice fields in the Village Bakung. The research method used is qualitative, with research field research type. The nature of the research used is descriptive analysis, while the data collection by observation, interview, and documentation. This thesis research using sociological juridical approach is a research approach based on a legal provision and the phenomenon of an event occurring in the field. This study resulted that the practice of buying and selling of the annual rice field in Bakung Village is more suitable to use the lease contract (ijarah). When viewed from the contract of sale and purchase of the annual rice field in Bakung Village is not valid, because the object contained in this agreement in the form of benefits from the rice field. If analyzed with a contract of lease rent (ijarah) then this yearly rice sale and purchase agreement has been in accordance with the terms and rukunnya. Although in practice there is a delay in the submission of objects, but it does not reduce the cultivation period of the prospective cultivators, so that no party is harmed in the sale and purchase agreement of the annual rice fields.
