ABSTRAK Pembelajaran IPA terpadu terumata pada kurikulum 2013 perlu menggunakan bahan ajar berupa modul pembelajar yang dikemas secara menarik dan bersisikan konten-konten yang dapat membuat siswa lebih senang membaca dan mengikuti proses pembelajaran. Tujuan pengembangan modul adalah mengetahui kelayakan keterbacaan dan respon siswa terhadapa modul yang dikembangkan. Bahan ajar yang dikembangkan adalah modul belajar berbasis struktur pembelajaran SEQIP. Pengembangan ini merupakan pengembangan dengan menggunakan model ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation dan Evalution). Penelitian dilaksanakan di SMP Negeri 2 SOCAH kelas VII dengan jumlah 15 siswa pada semester genap tahun ajaran 2017/2018. Pengumpulan data menggunakan Teknik angket yang diberikan setelah siswa membaca modul pembelajaran yang telah dikembangkan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa: (1) pengembangan modul belajar berbasis struktur pembelajaran SEQIP layak digunakan dengan presentase dari ahli materi 85.09% dan reliabilitas 95.00%. ahli desain modul memberikan penilaian dengan kategori layak digunakan tanpa revisi dengan skor rata-rata 85.09% dan reliabilitas 79.00%. (2) keterbacaan memperoleh nilai rata-rata 87.22% dengan kategori sangat baik. (3) nilai rata-rata respon siswa 86.74% dengan kategori sangan menarik. AbstractionABSTRACT Integrated science learning integrated in the 2013 curriculum needs to use teaching materials in the form of a learner module that is packaged in an interesting way and contains content that can make students prefer to read and follow the learning process. The purpose of module development is to know the feasibility of legibility and response of the students to the developed module. The teaching materials developed are learning modules based on SEQIP learning structure. This development is developed by using ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation and Evalution) model. The study was conducted in SMP Negeri 2 SOCAH VII class with the number of 15 students in the even semester of the academic year 2017/2018. Data collection using questionnaire technique given after students read learning modules that have been developed. Based on the results of the study concluded that: (1) the development of learning modules based on SEQIP learning structure feasible to be used with the percentage of material experts 85.09% and 95.00% reliability. the module design expert provides an assessment with a category worth using without revision with an average score of 85.09% and reliability of 79.00%. (2) readability to get the average value of 87.22% with very good category. (3) the average score of students' response is 86.74% with exciting categories.
