    Abstraksi

    Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan, keterbacaan, dan respon siswa terhadap bahan ajar IPA Terpadu berbasis literasi sains pada materi kalor. Model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah 4-D, yaitu define (pendefinisian), design (perancangan), develop (pengembangan), tetapi tanpa disseminate (penyebarluasan). Hasil rata-rata penilaian kelayakan bahan ajar sebesar 84,5% dengan kriteria sangat valid. Pada penilaian kelayakan materi sebesar 82,5% dan penilaian kelayakan desain sebesar 86,5%. Hasil penilaian keterbacaan sebesar 80,88% dengan kriteria sangat baik dan hasil respon siswa sebesar 80,75% dengan kriteria sangat menarik. Berdasarkan penilaian tersebut, bahan ajar IPA Terpadu berbasis literasi sains dinyatakan sangat valid digunakan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran.     Abstraction

    The aims of the research were to know validity, readable and student’s response of integrated science instructional materials based scientific literacy on the matter of heat. The develop model used 4-D model (Define, Design, Development, and Disseminate) but without disseminate. The average result of validity instructional materials was 84,5% with very valid criteria. The validity material was 82,5% and the validity design was 86,5%. The average result for readable was 80,88% with very good criteria and the student’s response was 80,75% with very interesting criteria. The conclude was integrated science instructional materials based scientific literacy reasonable to be used in learning activity.
