Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui uji kelayakan, respon, dan keterbacaan siswa terhadap modul praktikum berbasis keterampilan proses sains. Penelitian menggunakan model pengembangan four-D dan dilaksanakan di MTs Negeri 2 Pamekasan, dengan sampel sebanyak sepuluh siswa kelas VII tahun ajaran 2017/2018. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan Purposive Sampling. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) modul praktikum pada siswa SMP dengan rerata skor validitas yang diperoleh sebesar 83.91% dengan kategori sangat layak (2) Modul praktikum IPA berbasis keterampilan proses sains mendapatkan rerata skor angket respon siswa sebesar 92% dengan kategori sangat menarik (3) Modul praktikum IPA berbasis keterampilan proses sains mendapatkan rerata skor keterbacaan siswa sebesar 91% dengan kategori sangat baik. The aim of this research was to know a validity, student responses, and readable student towards experimental procedures science based on Scientific Process Skill. The research used four-D development model. It was held in MTs Negeri 2 Pamekasan, while the sample of the research was the 7 grade students in year of academic 2017/2018. The technique of collecting data was purposive sampling. Based on the result of this study, it can be concluded that: (1) Practical Module of science based on scientific process skill was included into very suitable as instructional learning for junior high school with average of validity scores 83.91% with very proper category (2) Practical Module of science based on scientific process skill got for about 92% as average of student responses, with very good category (3) Practical Module of science based on scientific process skill got the average readable students for about 91% with very good category.
