Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran creative problem solving menggunakan mind mapping terhadap keterampilan berpikir kreatif siswa. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan eksperimen dengan desain quasi experimental. Subjek penelitian siswa kelas VIII-B dan kelas VIII-C SMPN 1 Kamal yang berjumlah 36 siswa setiap kelasnya. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Data keterampilan berpikir kreatif diperoleh dari hasil tes pretest dan posttest. Hasil persentase rata-rata tes pretest kelas eksperimen sebesar 41% dengan kriteria sangat kurang dan posttest sebesar 81% dengan kriteria baik. Hasil persentase rata-rata tes pretest dan posttest kelas kontrol sebesar 40% dan 47% dengan kriteria sangat kurang. Analisis data yang digunakan uji t sampel bebas. Hasil analisis (t hitung = 23,773 > t tabel maka H 0 ditolak dan H 1 diterima. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh model pembelajaran creative problem solving menggunakan mind mapping terhadap keterampilan berpikir kreatif siswa. AbstractionThis study aims to know the influence of creative problem solving learning model using mind mapping on student's creative thinking skills. The type of the study used is experiment by using quasi experimental design. The subject of the study is the students of VIII-B and VIII-C class of SMPN 1 Kamal which consist of 36 students for each class. The technique for taking a sample uses purposive sampling technique. The data of the study is gotten from the results of the student’s pretest and posttest. The result of the average percentage for pretest of experimental class is 41% with very less criteria and posttest of experimental class is 81% with good criteria. The result of the average percentage of pretest and posttest of control class are 40% and 47% with very less criteria. The data analysis uses t free sample test. The result of the analysis shows (t hitung = 23,773 > t tabel = 1,994), therefore, H 0 is rejected and H 1 is accepted. So, this can be concluded that there is an influence of creative problem solving learning model using mind mapping on student's creative thinking skills.
