Skripsi, Program Studi Pendidikan IPA, Fakultas Ilmu Pendidikan, Universitas Trunojoyo Madura. Dosen Pembimbing: Laila Khamsatul Muharrami, S.Si., M.Si. dan Ana Yuniasti Retno Wulandari, S.Pd., M.Pd. ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kelayakan perangkat pembelajaran, respon siswa, dan keterbacaan LKS ELPSA dengan strategi QSH. Model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah 4D (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate), tanpa disseminate. Perangkat yang dikembangkan meliputi silabus, RPP, LKS, dan soal. Penelitian dilaksanakan di kelas VIIIB SMP Negeri 3 Bangkalan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling. Hasil rata-rata penilaian kelayakan adalah valid dengan persentase 80,99%. Pada penilaian kelayakan perangkat adalah 79,26% dan penilaian kelayakan materi adalah 80,11%. Hasil rata-rata penilaian respon siswa sebesar 82,75% dengan kategori sangat baik, dan keterbacaan sebesar 73,06% dengan kategori baik. Berdasarkan penilaian tersebut, perangkat pembelajaran ELPSA (Experience, Language, Picture, Symbols, Application) dengan strategi Question Student Have pada pembelajaran IPA dinyatakan layak digunakan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. ABSTRACT The purpose of the research was to know validity of instructional learning, students response, and readable of the ELPSA students worksheet with QSH strategy. The development of model used 4D (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate) without disseminate phase. The instructional of learning was developed consist of syllabus, lesson plan, students worksheet, and test. The research held in VIII B of SMPN 3 Bangkalan. Sampling technique used simple random sampling. The average result of validity test in instructional learning was valid with percentage 80,99%. The instructional learning validity was 79,26% and the validity material was 80,11%. The average result for students response was 82.75% with good category and the readable was 73.06% with good category. Based on the test result can be concluded that ELPSA (Experience, Language, Picture, Symbols, Application) instructional learning with strategy of Question Student Have on the natural science learning was feasibility to be used in learning activity.
