Pelanggaran adalah perilaku yang menyimpang untuk melakukan tindakan menurut kehendak sendiri tanpa memperhatikan peraturan yang telah dibuat. Pelanggaran seringkali dilakukan oleh siswa di sekolah. Salah satu buktinya adalah terjadinya pelanggaran di SMK Negeri 1 Kamal, mulai dari tidak mengikuti apel pagi, atribut yang tidak lengkap, dan lain sebagainya. Pelanggaran yang terjadi disebabkan kurangnya kedisiplinan yang tertanam dalam diri siswa selama ini. Upaya penegakan disiplin di sekolah dengan diberlakukannya perhitungan poin pelanggaran siswa berdasarkan aturan yang telah ditetapkan oleh sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu guru BK dalam memonitoring dan mengolah data pelanggaran siswa di lingkungan sekolah SMK Negeri 1 Kamal, serta membantu orang tua siswa memantau perkembangan putra-putrinya dari jarak jauh tanpa harus hadir ke sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan. Model penelitian yang dikembangkan menggunakan model waterfall dengan mengembangkan 5 tahapan, yaitu: Requirement Definition (definisi kebutuhan), System and Software Design (perancangan sistem dan perangkat lunak), Implementation and unit testing (implementasi dan pengujian unit), Integration and System Testing (integrasi dan pengujian sistem) dan operation and maintenance (operasi dan pemeliharaan). Hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, peneliti berhasil mendapatkan data uji coba berdasarkan 3 aspek yaitu efektivitas, efisiensi, dan kepuasan dengan memperoleh nilai rata-rata perhitungan sebesar 90%. Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil dari penelitian ini adalah sistem informasi ini mampu membantu guru BK, dan wali kelas dalam proses monitoring pelanggaran siswa. Selain itu, pada aplikasi sistem informasi ini secara langsung memonitoring pelanggaran yang siswa lakukan beserta sisa poin yang mereka miliki.

Violation is deviate behaviors to do something according to his own will, without heed the rules that has been made. This thing can be proved by many students who breach the school law in SMK Negeri 1 Kamal. Start from coming late to school, not use a complete attributes, do not do the homework, etc. The effort of discipline maintenance in school was done through the point calculation of violation based on school rules that has been settled. The purpose of this study was to help consultant teacher (BK) in order to simplify in processing the amount of violations, to monitor the development of student violations in entire SMK Negeri 1 Kamal environment, and to monitor the development of students from afar without attending the school. This study used research and developing method. Research model used waterfall model with its five steps as follow: Requirement Definition, System and Software Design, Implementation and unit testing, Integration and System Testing and operation and maintenance. The writer found that: this information system was able to help consultant teacher (BK) in the process of monitoring student violations; this product was able to be used by homeroom teacher as the method to monitor the development of his student’s violation; student was also able to monitor directly the calculation of their violations and the remain of point that they have. The writer suggested: for consultant teacher, the writer suggested to use this monitoring information system in the process of monitoring student violations, because this information system was able to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of consultant teacher in monitoring student’s violation; for writers, it is important to arrange the same type research with a long-term experiment, at least along one semester or more so that the result of the research more accurate and the result give more detail information.
