Di era modern ini, perkembangan teknologi tidak dapat dipungkiri lagi manfaatnya karena dianggap dapat meringankan pekerjaan, hampir semua instansi membutuhkan teknologi. Salah satunya adalah sekolah. Mayoritas sekolah yang ada memanfaatkan teknologi untuk kemajuan sekolah tersebut. SMKN 2 Bangkalan merupakan salah satu sekolah yang membutuhkan teknologi informasi untuk kemudahan sistem pelaporan pelanggaran peserta didik. Kemudahan yang diharapkan oleh SMKN 2 Bangkalan di antaranya adalah terkait pendataan prestasi, pendataan pelanggaran, dan track record pelanggaran yang dilakukan peserta didik. Dari permasalahan tersebut, dibuatlah pengembangan sistem informasi bimbingan dan konseling berbasis web di SMKN 2 Bangkalan agar pekerjaan guru BK dapat lebih efektif dan efisien. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah agar pendataan pelanggaran peserta didik tidak lagi manual dan lebih terkomputerisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode research and development(R&D) dengan model waterfall. Penelitian ini dibagi menjadi 4 tahap yaitu analisis, desain, pengkodean, dan pengujian. Subjek dari penelitian ini adalah ahli sistem informasi, ahli isi, dan pengguna yaitu guru BK. Sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis data kuantitatif dan analisis data kualitatif. Hasil yang didapat dari penyebaran angket kepada ahli sistem adalah 100% sistem berfungi, angket kepada ahli isi adalah 90% sistem memiliki isi sesuai dengan kebutuhan guru BK, dan angket pengguna adalah 87,97% sistem mudah dioperasikan. Dari hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengembangan sistem informasi BK sangat valid dan dapat digunakan tanpa perbaikan.

In this modern era, the benefits of technological developments cannot be denied because the technology can help people in doing their works. Almost all agencies or institutions require technology, for instance, school institution. The main purpose of schools using technology is for the school progress. SMKN 2 Bangkalan is one of the schools that needs the technology of information for an easy reporting system of students’ violation. The ease expected by SMKN 2 Bangkalan include data of achievement, data of violation, and track record violation committed by the students. Therefore, a web-based BK (Guidance and Counselling) information system is developed in SMKN 2 Bangkalan for facilitating the teachers of BK to achieve their effective and efficient works. The purpose of this study is that the data collection of the students’ violation is not manual anymore and can be more computerized. This research uses research and development (R & D) method with waterfall model. This research is divided into 4 stages: analysis, design, coding, and testing. The subject of this research is an expert of information system, expert of content, and user that is teachers of BK. While the data analysis techniques used are quantitative data analysis and qualitative data analysis. The result of the questionnaire given to the expert of information system is 100% system functioning, the questionnaire given to the expert of content is 90% system having appropriate content according to the needs of the teacher of BK, and the questionnaire given to the user results 87.97% system which is easy to operate. From these results, it can be concluded that the development of BK information system is very valid and can be used without improvement.
