Selama ini pengelolaan praktik kerja industri di SMKN 1 Sumenep belum terkelola dengan baik. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat sistem informasi praktik kerja industri berbasis web Codeigniter di SMKN 1 Sumenep serta untuk mengetahui kelayakan sistem informasi praktik kerja industri berbasis web codeigniter yang dikembangkan dari sisi functional suitability, usability, reliability dan efficiency. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menghasilkan produk sistem informasi praktik kerja industri di SMKN 1 Sumenep dikembangkan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman framework codeigniter dengan model pengembangan Waterfall yang terdiri dari analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, implementasi, dan pengujian sistem. Sistem memiliki 3 hak akses yang berbeda yaitu admin koordinator prakerin, siswa perserta didik dan guru pembimbing dengan fitur yang dimiliki. Dari hasil pengujian functional suitability diperoleh nilai sebesar 100% (sangat baik). Pada usability mendapatkan persentase sebesar 89,93 % dan nilai pengujian reliability sebesar 100% (lolos), dan pengujian Performance Efficiency dengan PageSpeed score sebesar 93 % (Grade A) Yslow score 74% (Grade C) dan fully loaded time sebesar 2.0 detik.(diterima). So far, industrial work practices in Sumenep 1 Vocational School have not been well managed. Based on these problems, this study aims to create a Codeigniter industry-based work information system in Sumenep 1 Vocational High School and to study the feasibility of information systems web code-based industry-based work practices that are developed in terms of functional, usability, reliability and efficiency. The purpose of this study was to produce information systems work practices in Sumenep 1 Vocational High School developed using a framework-based programming language with a Waterfall development model consisting of needs analysis, system design, implementation, and system testing. The system has 3 different access rights, namely admin coordinator, student and mentor teacher with the features they have. From the results of the functional suitability test obtain a value of 100% (very good). Usability gets a percentage of 89.93% and the value of reliability testing is 100% (passes), and Performance Efficiency testing with PageSpeed score of 93% (Grade A) Yslow score 74% (Grade C) and full time of 2.0 seconds.
