Abstrak Hasil belajar dipengaruhi oleh faktor intern dan ekstern. Selain itu, diyakin ada faktor lain yang mempengaruhi hasil belajar yakni self efficacy, yang diartikan sebagai keyakinan seseorang terhadap kemampuan yang dimilikinya. Keyakinan tersebut mendorong seseorang untuk mencapai keberhasilan dan mampu menghadapi kesulitan saat mengerjakan tugas. Namun pentingnya self efficacy tidak dirasakan oleh siswa, seperti halnya pada siswa kelas X TKJ SMK Agung Mulia. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Self Efficacy terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada materi instalasi sistem operasi. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 27 siswa untuk kelas eksperimen dan 26 siswa untuk kelas kontrol. Pengambilan data menggunakan instrumen tes berupa pilihan ganda, analisis data menggunakan uji-t. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh yaitu t_(hitung )= 5,158 > t_(tabel ) = 2,021 dengan ?=5% yang berarti Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, artinya terdapat pengaruh self efficacy terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada materi instalasi sistem operasi kelas X TKJ di SMK Agung Mulia Socah Bangkalan. Rata-rata hasil akhir belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan yaitu pretest kelas eksperimen 52,74 dan posttest kelas eksperimen 69,62. Pretest kelas kontrol 50,51 sehingga posttest kelas kontrol 53,69. Sedangkan untuk uji kelayakan angket self efficacy memperoleh respon baik dengan nilai rata-rata 79,375. Disarankan kepada pihak sekolah dan orang tua siswa hendaknya senantiasa mendorong siswa agar mereka yakin pada kemampuan yang dimilik agar bisa menghadapi tugas-tugas yang diberikan. ABTARCT Studying results is influenced by internal and external elements. Beside that surely there is another element that affect studying result, Self efficacy, meaning as a peoples confidence towards their ability. Self-esteem push peoples to reach their success and faced the difficulties through working on their task. The importance of Self efficacy does not have an effect for students, as students in SMK Agung Mulia Tenth Grade TKJ. The aims of the research is to know the influence of Self Eficacy towards studying results in Operation System Instalation Material. The research sampling take 27 students for experiment class and 26 students for control class. Data gathering using test instrument such as multiple choice, data analysis using –t trial. The results that get is tcount = 5,158 > ttable = 2,021 with ?5% which mean Ho denied and Ha granted, mean, there is self efficacy influence towards students studying results through Operation System Instalation Material in Tenth Grade SMK Agung Mulia, Socah, Bangkalan. The average of final results gain enhancement, pretest class experiment 52,74 and posttest class experiment 66,62. Pretest control class 50,51 which posttest control class 53,69. For eligibility self efficacy test survey get a good respond with average 79,375. Schools and parents are recommended to stimulate students to believe through their skills for handle the given tasks.
