Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Probing promting terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas X TKI pada mata pelajaran instalasi sistem operasi open source. Penelitian yang dilaksanakan pada bulan Juni 2017 ini menggunakan menggunakan metode quasi eksperimental design . rancangan penelitian Nonequivelent Control group desaign.teknik sapel yang digunakan adalah teknik sampling jenuh. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 32 siswa untuk kelas eksperimen dan 34 siswa untuk kelas kontrol. Pengambilan data menggunakan instrumen tes berupa pilihan ganda, analisis data menggunakan uji-t. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh yaitu t_(hitung )= 8,60 > t_(tabel ) = 2,042 dengan ?=5% yang berarti Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima, artinya terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran probing promting terhadap hasil belajar siswa pada matapelajaran instalasi sistem operasi opensource kelas X TKI di SMK Negeri 1 Sumenep. Rata-rata hasil akhir belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan yaitu pretest kelas eksperimen13,59 dan posttest kelas eksperimen 73,59. Pretest kelas kontrol 14,55 sehingga posttest kelas kontrol 67,06. Sedangkan untuk angket respon siswa terhadap model pembelajaran Probing promting memperoleh respon sangat baik dengan nilai tertinggi pada respon siswa sebesar 53%. Jadi dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan pada instalasi sistem operasi open source siswa kelas X TKI di SMK Negeri 1 Sumenep antara siswa yang belajar dengan metode Probing promting dan siswa yang belajar dengan model ceramah.

This study aims to determine the effect of learning model of Probing promting on student learning outcomes class X TKI on the subjects of installation of open source operating system. Research conducted in June 2017 is using the quasi experimental design method. The design of the Nonequivelent Control group of villageign. Sampling technical that used is a saturated sampling technique. The samples of this study amounted to 32 students for the experimental class and 34 students for the control class. Data collection using multiple choice test instrument, data analysis using t-test. The results of this study obtained = 8.60> = 2.042 with which means Ho is rejected and Ha accepted, it means there is influence of learning model probing promting on student learning outcomes on operating system opensource subject for class X TKI at SMK Negeri 1 Sumenep. The average of students' final learning outcomes has been improved, namely pretest experimental grade13.59 and experimental class posttest 73.59. Pretest control class is 14.55 so the control class posttest is 67.06. While for questionnaire of student response to the learning model Probing promting get very good response with highest score on student response equal to 53%. So it can be concluded that there is a significant difference in the installation of the open source operating system of the students class X TKI in SMK Negeri 1 Sumenep between students who learn by model Probing promting and students who learn with the lecture model.
